Over the course of testing, the camera captured quality images of groups of turkeys, a mature wide-racked buck, and wild pigs. Daytime photos are sharp, while nighttime performance represents a noticeable improvement over the older REVEAL 2.0 series.

The Starter Plan begins at just $5 per month and includes 250 photos (currently $4 a month on the off-season). The Intermediate Plan increases that limit to 500 photos for $8 monthly. Meanwhile, the Pro Plan provides unlimited photo transmissions for $13 per month.
Users can also add the Xtra package, which unlocks unlimited HD photo requests, video requests, and enhanced mapping features. Upload schedules can be configured for immediate transmission or scheduled delivery throughout the day. Therefore, users can balance battery life and data usage according to their needs.

In fact, I was able to leave the camera deployed for months at a time without adding batteries or performing maintenance. For me, that’s one of the biggest advantages a trail camera can offer. The less I have to visit a camera location, the less pressure I put on the animals I’m hunting and the more time I have to do more important things.
If I have one criticism of the REVEAL Pro 3.0, it’s that the Lithium Battery Cartridge is sold separately. Given how effective the system becomes when paired with rechargeable power, I would love to see it included from the factory. However, I understand making the camera cheaper for those who wouldn’t need this upgraded battery combo.
