On January 14, 2024, Officer Brad Steve of the East Rochester Police Department responded to a 9-1-1 call at an apartment on Garfield Street.
Upon arrival, he encountered 52-year-old Raymond Noel in the driveway. Despite repeated commands, Noel entered the residence and refused to comply.
When Officer Steve attempted to confront him inside, gunfire erupted. Noel was struck in the torso by police fire, while Officer Steve’s bulletproof vest saved him from serious injury.

Thank the Good Lord for the officers’ bulletproof vest. I don’t understand for the life of me why BLM’s are so damn hardheaded and insistent on fighting with law enforcement. You’re not going to win, and there’s a real good chance it could cost you your life. Follow commands, then have your day in court.
More than likely our soft-on-crime judges and DA’s are going to squirt you through the revolving door justice system like $#!t through a Canadian goose anyway. Then you’ll be right back out on the streets to continue your reign of terror before the ink dries on your updated arrest record. But there again, stupid people do stupid things.
He shot the law but the law won!!!
