Bear & Son Cutlery has introduced the Piranha, a new American-made pocket knife combining traditional styling with a locking two-blade design.

Built in Jacksonville, Alabama, the Piranha measures 4 inches when closed and 6 5/8 inches overall. It weighs 4.6 ounces, giving it enough size for everyday work without becoming overly bulky in a pocket.

The knife carries two 440 stainless steel blades. Its primary 2 3/4-inch spear-point blade handles larger cutting tasks, while the smaller 1 1/2-inch pen blade covers more precise work.

Bear & Son selected 440 stainless steel for its balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening. A lockback mechanism provides additional security during use.

Buyers can choose between two traditional handle treatments. Model WSB59L features White Smooth Bone, while model 559L comes with Genuine India Stag Bone.

Both versions include polished bolsters and hand-finished detailing. Bear & Son sands and polishes each knife individually, giving the natural handle materials their own appearance and character.

The Piranha should appeal to collectors who prefer classic American pocket knives, along with everyday carriers who want two useful blades in one compact package.

Each knife comes with Bear & Son Cutlery’s limited lifetime warranty.

MSRP is $124.99. Learn more HERE.
