The rifle runs on a Model 1892-style action, chambered in .44 Remington Magnum, and feeds from a tubular magazine holding 8+1 rounds. It’s a familiar setup (compact, simple, and proven) especially for shooters who like running revolver cartridges through a rifle.

At issue is how the bills define so-called “machine gun convertible pistols.”
