Things keep getting worse for Tim Kennedy. The UFC fighter, TV personality, and former Green Beret just watched his personal website vanish from the internet – a move that comes after explosive accusations of stolen valor and business fraud.
According to retired Green Beret Nate Cornacchia, who runs Valhalla VFT, Kennedy’s site, timkennedy.com, is gone. “If you want to own timkennedy.com, you can get it right now because it’s been completely deleted,” Cornacchia said in his latest video update.
Why did Kennedy yank his site offline?
It all started when Cornacchia and other Green Berets released videos exposing Kennedy for allegedly lying about having a Bronze Star with Valor. Screenshots show Kennedy claiming the decoration, but public records don’t back it up.
Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC) – one of Kennedy’s biggest sponsors – wasn’t amused. In fact, BRCC cut ties with Kennedy back in December 2024 after allegations surfaced. They even have a “stolen valor clause” in their employee handbook.

But Kennedy didn’t take their logo down from his site. Cornacchia says BRCC’s legal team spent weeks demanding he stop falsely listing them as a sponsor – an act that, by legal definitions, is business fraud.
“It’s so insane to me that this had to get to this point,” Cornacchia said. “You cannot say that a company is sponsoring you if they are not.”
After BRCC threatened legal action, Kennedy finally deleted the website entirely. According to Cornacchia, it was likely to avoid further lawsuits over misrepresentation.
And the drama doesn’t end there. Kennedy has come under renewed fire for a resurfaced post where he downplayed PTSD among veterans, saying they should “stop being [expletive].” Cornacchia, who served 10 years in Army Special Forces, called the remarks disgraceful given veteran suicide rates.
“He does not represent our community,” Cornacchia said, adding that many Green Berets are pushing to strip Kennedy of his Special Forces tab and beret entirely.
For Tim Kennedy, this saga isn’t over. Per Cornacchia, the Green Beret community says they’re not letting up until there’s accountability for what they see as lies, fraud, and dishonor to the profession.

Kane,
Spot on in your comments. Many in the military and post military are like crabs in a basket. They would drag anyone else down even if it doesn’t help them. I seen and experienced that during most of my service. Some of my negative experiences are still under NDA. (I found out why I was pulled out of the course) Several of the SNCO in my unit was the cause of me not going further in other area in the Army. That along with non official organizations that are in many high places in the military.
i never could wrap my head around how people can write books about stuff that should be nda? i have signed a few in my time and it’s not over the glorious rambo stuff i see people going on about.
Is it still a free country YES . THEN MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS
Or just don’t lie about your service and killing women and children when you clearly didn’t.. the extreme embellishments and BS is a discredit and a dishonor towards everyone else who served, and to do so for profit makes it even worse.
Sorry guys, timkennedy.com is still live. I have it up on an open tab right now. Don’t write shit that is not real.
It’s back up now but when this was written it was down. Completely deleted.
Like being selected for the green berets wasn’t enough… You had to up and lie about a bronze star? You are an embarrassment to the military!
Although we are not supposed to judge another’s PTSD situation, there are a lot of fakers out there and they do it for the money. I recently saw on TV, a Navy Vet who served on a ship off the coast and got PTSD from watching video feeds of what was going on. I think a lot of psychiatrists/psychologists/counselors are afraid to call someone a faker and deny them a PTSD diagnosis. But you cannot deny the existence of PTSD and combat vets. Just my opinion…
the ptsd part has some merit, under the new military vets are being taught that they have a problem, end result using the power of suggestion and cash incentive makes vets look mentally deficient and in need of control and constant supervision.
I remember how the widow, Taya, of Chris Kyle was harassed by unnamed sources on the medals he was awarded years after his death. Chris Kyle’s military record was audited, and several awards were stripped from Chris Kyle’s DD-214. A very strange occurrence that would only happen by the prompting of someone very powerful and vengeful beyond all reason.
I suspect Taya was targeted by Bary Soetoro for her speaking as a pro 2A attendee at a 2016 townhall meeting where “gun control” was debated. Years ago, I researched my theory, and all the relative facts and dates lined up, especially the extremely petty and low-down character of Soetoro.
Also, the dubious military record of John Kerry was never officially reviewed despite the compelling research of those served closely with Kerry including his swift boat CO. Kerry was also part of a Viet Nam veteran group that later conducted massive protest where the vets threw all sorts of miliary awards on to the steps of the Capitol Building. Kerry later claimed that he only discarded his “ribbons” and thus his medals were hanging on his wall at work for full display at every US government appointment. Kerry was a Soetoro appointee who had gone on to support many dubious and dangerous causes, he will never face the level of scrutiny of official scrutiny Kyle’s family.
So, as far as I am concerned, the dispute over Tim Kennedy is an internal one between the Green Beret community and no one else. I do NOT care if some talk show host questions Kennedy and the answers are in conflict with any official record. Official records are far from pure and people in the military have been known to exaggerate plenty as long as certain lines are NOT crossed like the facts on deployments and units. Just keep petty jealousy and revenge out of the process like what happened in the Chris Kyle case.
There are massive levels of nepotism in the military where the f’ed up offspring of an officer is protected by family friends well after the parent has retired. John Kerry was connected as a young officer and his record is a great example of how so sullied official records can become. Eisenhower was connected and would have been drummed out as a young cadet if he was not connected.
And maybe veterans should be very careful who and what they discuss about their military records and benefit issues. Not all veterans are your friends and keep that in mind when you talk with people in veteran groups. Many veterans view their brothers and sisters as unworthy compared to themselves. The Viet Nam veterans were often looked down by the Korea War vets and WWII, that seems to go a long way back. Stephen Crane’s book “The Red Badge of Courage” explores the memories of US Civil War veterans who may have “skedaddled” in their time but were still somehow more worthy that the Spanish American War veterans.
Well said.
Another observation: it has become commonplace for veterans to tear each other down. It’s almost as if some people’s strategy for getting likes and followers is to attack anyone with a large following. Another form of grift as far as I’m concerned.
Yep. Semper Fi ends when the VA takes over a veteran’s case. Over the years I got just a little help from a civilian volunteer and 2 gents with the DAV. As thanks for the advice, I gave out Lou Malnati’s gift cards and some candy boxes to all my advisers. Still, the fight was mostly on my own.
Later the DAV asked me to attend events and meetings to help other vets. The advice the DAV was giving vets was pretty lame and I would have shared what I learned over many years if given a chance. It seemed to me that one or two people with the DAV did NOT think I was worthy of begging for donations at the County Fairgrounds for some reason. They were pulling in large amounts of cash, but the vets were old and needed younger vets to work the outdoors events. For some reason the DAV stopped calling me and I was insulted by the treatment I received, and it was no easy task to do the work. I was glad to be clear and free from the DAV and the petty members who blacklisted me. I go to the fairground and take note that the DAV has had no volunteers to work any of the recent events this year and would NOT donate to them if they do show. I might stop to say hello and share some thoughts.
Maybe there was graft going on with the other DAV volunteers and the thieves did NOT trust a potential honest new guy. Maybe not, either way it’s NOT my problem. Still, I could have given some good insights to other vets, instead it’s a total loss for the organization and I am fine with that.
Tim Kennedy is doing documentaries and fighting mixed martial arts events. If someone goes after TK to destroy the achievements he has earned, it better be for good cause and NOT some off the cuff remarks.
Eisenhower grew up lower middle class in Abilene, Kansas. He was not “connected” as a young man.
“A cadet will not lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate those who do.” -West Point Honor Code
Kanas Senator Joseph Bristow obtained an appointment for DDE even though he was already too old (20 years) to become a cadet in the military academy. While at the academy DDE had numerous demerits that were NOT career ending however an ethics violation had been discovered regarding his eligibility at West Point arose. Another benefactor, Louis Brandies, was DDE’s connection who protected DDE from being drummed out of the military for violating the Cadet Honor Code on professional athletic status during his 2 years after high school.
Later, DDE, spent an unimpressive record during WWI stateside yet he surged beyond his classmates that served in Europe during WWI to become FDR’s political officer who rose above his fellow West Point graduate members the “Class the Stars Fell On.”
Yeah, DDE was from a lowly cattle and farm towns of Kansas, but he had developed an early connected with Navy Captain Edward Hazlett and that was probably the start of his military connection and protection.
FAFO strikes again.
