The GLOCK 27 Gen5 is a subcompact .40 S&W pistol built on GLOCK’s fifth-generation platform. It uses the GLOCK Marksman Barrel (GMB), features a flared mag-well and an ambidextrous slide stop lever, and retains the Gen5 modular backstrap/beavertail system with a reversible magazine catch.
Factory technical data list a 3.43 inch (87 mm) barrel, a standard magazine capacity of 9 rounds (optional 13), and an unloaded weight of 21.91 oz (621 g). The model is supplied with fixed iron sights ( / U-notch rear).
