The National Rifle Association is suing its primary ad agency and the contractor that operates NRATV. The suit alleges that the agency, Ackerman McQueen, failed to provide adequate information for how it spent $40 million, failed to reveal information about a separate contract with NRA President Oliver North, and refused to provide data about various NRATV’s performance measures.
