NoiseFighters is creating KiralDefense and is splitting into two distinct divisions, marking an exciting evolution for the company.
Neil, founder of NoiseFighters, shared this news during SHOT Show’s opening day.

NoiseFighters will continue focusing on hearing protection and night vision components, while a newly established division, KiralDefense, will take charge of innovative firearms accessories.
New Products Debuted at SHOT Show
KiralDefense unveiled several new products, including shock-absorbing backstraps and competition-oriented grip modifications for Glock pistols, the Walther PDP, and the SIG P365XMACRO.
These products aim to reduce recoil, improve grip angles, and enhance overall handling.
Shock-Absorbing Backstraps
The shock-absorbing backstraps, priced at $39.99, offer a two-piece construction that includes a rubber insert to minimize felt recoil and grip tape for enhanced control.
Neil emphasized the ergonomic improvements these backstraps provide, particularly by reducing wrist rotation by 10 degrees, which aligns the firearm’s grip angle more closely with that of a 1911 pistol.
For the first 1,000 orders, KiralDefense plans to include grip tape, catering to competition shooters. Law enforcement testers have reported faster sight acquisition and better tracking under recoil when using these backstraps.

Brass Grip Sleeves
A standout innovation is the brass grip sleeve for the SIG P365XMACRO. Weighing over 13 ounces, it transforms the pistol’s grip into something reminiscent of a double-stack 1911.
The brass sleeve features thumb ledges to replicate 1911-style safeties and comes with pre-applied grip tape.
Neil explained that the sleeve attaches easily by sliding over the existing grip module and pinning in place.

When paired with a ported and compensated slide from Fdez Werx, the brass grip sleeve delivers exceptional performance.
According to Neil, testing shows reduced felt recoil and muzzle rise that rivals high-end models like the Staccato XC and Laugo Arms Alien Creator.
“The proof is in the pudding,” Neil said, noting that reviewer feedback will soon validate these claims.

Modular Kits
The brass grip sleeve will be sold as part of two modular kits:
- A standalone brass grip sleeve, priced around $300.
- A package including the brass grip sleeve and a ported/compensated slide from FDEZ Werx. Pricing details for the slide are pending.
What’s Next for KiralDefense?
KiralDefense’s products are still in the early stages of distribution planning. Neil emphasized the company’s focus on gathering input from distributors and fine-tuning before launching sales.
With patent-pending designs and bold performance claims, the industry will be watching closely as these accessories hit the market.
Stay tuned for more updates as KiralDefense rolls out these innovative products, aiming to set new benchmarks for recoil management and ergonomic pistol design.

Oh well, not a bad idea in itself but needing such a thing and more importantly getting used to it leads me to believe we are neglecting and probably losing basic abilities. Of course one will probably shoot tighter with that, but what’s the deal if it’s a “gimmick” that does it for you ?
