Here are my top five night sights for handguns, in no particular order. Just for the sake of comparison, the sights listed are all for a Glock 19. If you have the proper tools, you can install these yourself, but professional installation is recommended.

The G43 was the single-stack 9mm Glock shooters begged for, but the G43X and G48 changed the equation with larger grips, optics-ready variants, and dramatically more capacity. In 2026, the smallest Glock is no longer automatically the best Slimline Glock.

The SnapSafe Two-Gun Keypad Vault is a simple quick-access handgun safe with room for 2 guns, smart backup features, and an easy setup. At $140.99 MSRP, it solved a very real storage problem well enough that I’m buying another one.
