The Wildlife Research Center is responding to state bans on the use of scented deer lures in Minnesota, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

The Democrat-controlled state legislature passed the law nearly unanimously. It will allow school districts to opt into the hunter’s ed program.

One area of preparation that needs more forethought, but is just as important, is a hunter’s footwear.
