We’ve run some great giveaways recently, but this one is epic. An Auto-Ordnance Thompson 1927A1 and a 1911A1, both with matching commemorative numbers in honor of the 100th anniversary of General Thompson’s masterpiece. A century ago, Auto-Ordnance was founded to produce the Annihilator–a gun we now know as the Thompson Submachine Gun.

You can read more about the anniversary and the commemorative guns at A-O. Or stay tuned as we bring you a more detailed look. A-O has sent us a pair to review. When we’ve wrapped up the reviews, we’ll be giving these two guns away.

Interested in winning a matched set of A-O .45 ACPs? There are three ways to enter–do one, or all three, but only one of each. We’ll be cutting out the dupes on each platform.

    I’ve wanted a Thompson ever since I was a wee boy.
    There is NOTHING like the rat-a-tat-tat of the Thompson. It has a very recognizable sound with the rate of fire on full auto. It’s a shame that we can’t buy the “fun version” off the shelf !
    I am a big fan of the 45acp and never carry anything less.
