Trans Dad Opens Fire at Rhode Island Hockey Game

in News

Estimated reading time: 3 minutes

A high school senior night in Rhode Island turned into chaos Monday when a gunman opened fire inside the Dennis M. Lynch Arena, killing two people and critically wounding three others before fatally shooting himself.

According to on-scene coverage from WCVB, police say the suspect shot five people inside the rink. Two victims died, and three remain in critical condition.

Players and families were bused to the Pawtucket Police Department for interviews as detectives began piecing together what happened.

One woman leaving the police station identified the gunman as her father.

“My father was a shooter… He shot my family. And he’s dead now,” she told reporters, adding that he “has mental health issues” and was “very sick,” according to WCVB.

Witnesses described panic erupting in the stands.

“Everybody started jumping over the bench,” one player said. “We heard the gunshots, but we didn’t know what the noise was at first.”

Another described barricading the locker room doors with their bodies as CPR was performed in the stands.

Suspect Identified, Social Media Posts Surface

The New York Post identified the shooter as Robert Dorgan, 56, who also identified as Roberta Esposito. The outlet reported Dorgan underwent gender reassignment surgery in 2020 and had been involved in contentious court disputes tied to his identity.

The Post reported that the night before the shooting, Dorgan posted on X in response to criticism of transgender Democratic Rep. Sarah McBride:

“Keep bashing us. But do not wonder why we Go BERSERK.”

Authorities have not officially confirmed a motive. However, Pawtucket Police Chief Tina Goncalves said it appears to have been a targeted incident and “may be a family dispute.”

Multiple outlets reported the two people killed were the mother of Dorgan’s hockey-playing son and the student’s sibling. Three others — including two relatives and a family friend — were critically injured.

Good Samaritan Help Stop the Shooter

Surveillance footage from inside the arena reportedly shows players diving for cover and spectators scrambling as gunfire erupted. The New York Post reported that a bystander — the father of another hockey player — attempted to disarm Dorgan.

“A good Samaritan stepped in and interjected in the scene, and that’s probably what led to a swift end of this tragic event,” said Chief Goncalves.

The attack unfolded less than a week after a separate mass shooting in Canada involving a transgender suspect.

Mental Health Front and Center

In the immediate aftermath, family members publicly pointed to severe mental health struggles.

“He’s sick. He’s very sick,” the shooter’s daughter said outside the police station, according to WCVB.

Authorities emphasized that the investigation remains ongoing. Detectives are reviewing surveillance footage and continuing interviews. The three surviving victims had not yet been interviewed as of the initial press conference due to the severity of their injuries.

WCVB also reminded viewers of the 988 crisis hotline for anyone experiencing mental health distress.

A Senior Night Shattered

What was supposed to be a celebration for Blackstone Valley seniors instead ended with families embracing outside a police station, flowers in hand, and questions with no easy answers.

As of now, law enforcement has characterized the shooting as targeted and likely tied to a family dispute. The exact sequence of events, and whether warning signs were missed, remains under investigation.

This is a developing story.

As gunowners, we continuously tell those on the other side of the debate there is no such thing as ‘gun’ violence and that the actions of one do not reflect on gun owners as a whole. In this statement we must retain our commitment to help strengthen the argument.
Using any broad brush on any given segment is a disservice to supporting our community, gun owners, and our communities at large. However a person chooses to represent themselves, it is a reflection of who they are, not a license to point fingers to others of similar thought or feeling.
The ability to own arms is an individual right, and thus an individual responsibility with individual consequences under the law. Each shooting is a tragedy, but let us not play into the hands of the gun grabbing politicians by dividing and pointing fingers at who should and should not be allowed access based on loose group theory rather than individuals.

  • Bird Slayer February 21, 2026, 7:34 am

Im sorry, but the trans should not be allowed to own firearms. An overwhelming majority of those folks considering, or having already chopped off their root, have all been prescribed anti psychotic drugs 🤔 last time I checked the 4473 form, theres questions about mental stability… its very obvious these people are anything but mentally stable! so who’s selling them guns? Im not a fan of red flag laws, but I think theres should be an exception for the mentally ill. Its one thing to be compassionate towards another person’s illness, but its another thing to coddle a delusion. The media makes these people out to be saints! And if you disagree you’re a bigot of some sort. But the reality is, there are some sick people out there that need treatment, not to have their delusional ideas reinforced.

    • James Gregg February 25, 2026, 11:37 pm

Of we could ban guns for Trans people. But since white males are also doing mass shooter events, then we should also ban them from owning guns.

      • Birdslayer February 26, 2026, 7:01 am

Well james… that’d be racist. Mental instability doesn’t see skin color. Sure, theres definitely been plenty of white people that shoot other people. Not sure if you’ve heard of Baltimore, or Chicago? But the vast majority of those shootings aren’t done by the evil white man… my argument has nothing to due with race. Its the lowest common denominator for an argument. Mental health and stability however was what I was referring to. The people in the Trans community are CLEARLY having issues with reality and that creates an issue when handling potentially dangerous items.

  • Dano February 20, 2026, 2:13 pm

He was also white which characterizes the vast majority of mass shooters. Is being white also a mental illness?

  • Dano February 20, 2026, 2:11 pm

He was also a white supremacist so there is that. That indicates mental illness

  • Christopher Baker February 20, 2026, 11:05 am

Such incidences will continue until we, as a society, stop pandering to mentally ill people who think they aren’t the right sex. The truth is that It’s pretty simple. If your genetics are XY you are a male. If your mind doesn’t agree with this, your mind needs healing. If your genetics are XX you are female. If your mind disagrees with this, your mind needs healing;.
No amount of body mutilation will change you from male to female and no amount of body mutilation will change you from female to male. Until such time as they can change a person’s actual genetics to that of the opposite sex and then heal the body to match that change there will be NO actual sex changes.
Stop any such procedures and give the mentally ill person the mind healing they need to be happy with themselves the way God intended them to be.

  • Tommy Barrios February 20, 2026, 10:29 am

Another incident showing the wisdom of the Founders of this country, who created a thing called the Second Amendment, just for such instances as this, a crowd of defenseless people being attacked by one lone mentally ill maniac with a firearm, in a place where they’re highly restricted no less!
So tell me that gun laws and gun restrictions work, to my face, and I will slap the hell out of you!

  • Bill February 20, 2026, 10:11 am

We can blame our elected political officials for this, also all of the money hungry medical officials who have thrown their hypocritical oath in the trash.

  • Bones4442 February 20, 2026, 8:12 am

  • Mark D Smith February 20, 2026, 7:41 am

these people that think they are a different sex are Crazy and need to be put in a Mental Institution and never let out.

  • Benjamin R Port February 20, 2026, 7:29 am

    That’s awful.
However, non-trans people still commit the vast majority of firearm homicides. Let’s make sure we’re not trying to put irrational fear into people.

    • Tommy Barrios February 20, 2026, 10:32 am

It’s irrational statements like yours that perpetrate and promote the irrational mental illness of these people!
I hope that you’re not carrying firearms our own any firearms with the mental illness that you just spewed!

    • SJ February 20, 2026, 10:41 am

      1) The majority of firearm homicides are suicides, with those people suffering a mental illness/breakdown in a similar fashion to trans-gender individuals. They just don’t kill others due to their mental disorder.
      2) As a ratio to the total population? Hard to put statistical data together on this, but it would appear “No”, trans-gender individuals, as a percentage, commit more mass murders than other groups.
      3) If the inner city liberals would stop shooting each other, gun violence would drop 95+%.

      So there’s that.

      • dacian February 22, 2026, 5:53 pm

        to SJ

As one 1st Responder said “I have saved many suicides that used various methods such as overdosing on purpose, hanging oneself, slitting ones wrists etc, etc, but I have never saved anyone who blew his brains out”. The risk of suicide if a gun in the house is astronomically higher than if there is no gun in the house. All the studies prove that because it’s just to easy to use a gun and it’s almost always lethal compared to other methods.

        • Christopher Baker February 23, 2026, 6:34 am

Perhaps you should say that the risk of a suicide succeeding is far greater if the mentally ill person has access to a firearm…
People who attempt to suicide should be allowed to succeed.

    • Bird Slayer February 20, 2026, 6:36 pm

  • Kane February 19, 2026, 1:10 pm

BD, Sinn Fein is the political wing of the IRA. Not sure what unions you are talking about. The Orange Men Unionists to Great Britain got the jobs in Ulster.

    • Blue Dog (he/him) February 19, 2026, 4:43 pm

I was talking about Shawn Fane, president of the UAW. He gave a speech at the 2024 RNC and basically thanked Donald Trump for his interest but the unions weren’t interested. I just remembered his name being really close to Sinn Fein, that is what I meant. Trump made overtures to a longtime Democrat base, they heard him out and declined their support. I don’t see anything wrong with any of that. A regular Republican would never have done that because regular Republicans – guys like Mitt Romney or Jeb! – they don’t think like that. They expect and accept defeat before they even begin a campaign. Trump doesn’t. Which is why Trump will never truly be a Republican. Not really a conservative, either, but his goals align with conservatives in many ways.

I am sure dacian, predictable little goblin that he is, will be along soon with a list of -ists telling us how uneducated we are.

      • Kane February 19, 2026, 6:10 pm

Can’t wait to hear dacian’s educational history since he always defaults that to avoid answering any questions. Of course, he is in no hurry to list his creds.

  • Kane February 18, 2026, 10:04 am

The hormone therapy (GAHT) for “transitioning” poses severe psychological risks with no real approval by the FDA. Lots of people who never voice a word of support for 2A violations will chime in when transexual people are facing scrutiny. In Illinois, anyone with an FOID card who purchases marijuana faces potential confiscation of the FOID card and potential perjury charges on the 4473 etc. Governor Pritzker and the other 11 or so Governors whose state are marijuana dealers should be forced to clarify why transexuals are NOT facing the same 2A restrictions and get the application of the law consistent.

    • dacian February 18, 2026, 10:41 am

quote—————The hormone therapy (GAHT) for “transitioning” poses severe psychological risks with no real approval by the FDA.———quote

Instead of delving into subjects you know nothing about because you listen to raving maniacs like Steve Bannon you would do well to study what the Medical Profession has to say about such therapies.

      From John Hopkins University
People undergo gender-affirming hormone therapy to better align their outer appearance with their gender identity.
GAHT can be a stand-alone intervention or coupled with surgical procedures.
While there are risks associated with hormone therapy, there are also serious risks of untreated gender dysphoria such as depression and suicide. GAHT, when monitored by a doctor, is an intervention that can alleviate gender dysphoria.

Gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) is a treatment in which people take hormones such as estrogen or testosterone, or hormone blockers, that help achieve physical characteristics that are more masculine or feminine. Hormone therapy for transgender and gender-fluid people can improve mental well-being and quality of life by more closely aligning someone’s outer appearance with their gender identity.

Because so many States have made marijuana legal the Feds need to take off the 4473 question of whether or not a person even uses it. I might add even in States that still have restrictions many of them allow marijuana for medical reasons whether you are transexual or not.

I think the marijuana question should be replaced with “Do you ever consume alcohol” which would be a disqualification to purchasing a firearm. I am not be factious in the least. Think about this.

      • Blue Dog (he/him) February 18, 2026, 7:27 pm

Call it a hunch but I doubt Kane listens to ol’ Sloppy Steve. He probably listens to a lot of radio, though. And hears more profanity than we do.

I’d not dispute that alcohol is a great destroyer and a history of its abuse should be disqualifying for gun ownership, at the same time a history marijuana use should also be disqualifying. Any substance that plays jenga with your brain chemistry mixes poorly with firearms or vehicles. This also includes cross-sex hormones. Studies and experts like the one you offer from Johns Hopkins have been adulterated and manipulated and are so deeply flawed as to be worthless abuses of the scientific method. An entire industry has been built in the last 40 years or so to capture and manufacture consensus about things like climate change and gender theory – both real issues in our day – which stymies any real, clear-eyed attempt to address and correct them. One of the most reliable truths about experts and studies is that their conclusions agree with whomever paid for them.

        • Kane February 18, 2026, 9:16 pm

I never listen to pod casts, but I did listen to an interview on YouTube with Bannon interviewing Epstein a few years ago. Both were pitiful.

quote——————Studies and experts like the one you offer from Johns Hopkins have been adulterated and manipulated and are so deeply flawed as to be worthless abuses of the scientific method.————quote

Site proof of such a totally laughable statement.

Your response is the same horseshit we heard from the Far Right when they rejected Science recommended wearing of masks and getting covid 19 shots during the pandemic. I might add when masks became mandatory the flu season that first year went down to almost absolute zero saving thousands of lives. Republicans screaming masks did not work then had horseshit all over their faces. To suggest that prestigious institutions like John Hopkins or the Cleveland Clinic, one of the most renowned medical establishments in the world, or Stanford University are all conspiring to twist their own data is too bizarre and insane to even take seriously or even discuss, end of discussion.

The mark of the twisted Far Right mind is to reject science. I might add, it was known as far back as the 1940’s that pollution was causing the greenhouse effect. In the 1960’s I spoke to Bill Best a government employee working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base during WWII and he told me that during WWII our primitive weather balloons with cameras on them when sent aloft showed the pollution hanging above the clouds and blocking the sunlight creating what would become known as the “greenhouse effect”.

In fact the classic movie in 1973 Soylent Green starring Charlton Heston and Edward G. Robinson predicted the very soon coming effects of extreme climate change, all of which happened and happened far sooner than anyone expected as now it is far worse than even the Scientists predicted or the movie predicted.

Herr Drumpf and the Gangster Criminal Republicans who got huge contributions from the energy criminals rewarded them a couple of days ago by cancelling Obama’s clean air laws now letting the energy criminals pollute at will and as much as they want while chasing higher and higher profits at the expense of the health of the American people. Lung diseases from air pollutions and cancer from poisoned water will kill hundreds of thousands of Americans because of the increased pollution now about to happen. Herr Drumpfs insane cancellation of Obama’s pollution laws now even include zero bans on pollution from Automobiles which are the major contributors to airborne pollution which in turn causes a big rise in the greenhouse effect.

          • Blue Dog (he/him) February 19, 2026, 7:36 am

What is science, dacian? Science is not the conclusion, science is the process. Science certainly is not manufactured consensus forced on the people!

Blocking sunlight is not how the greenhouse effect works, actually it is much the opposite. Do I need to tell you that, or whatever your preferred AI engine is? If I say “let me speak to your manager,” do I get a robot?

Don’t get me wrong – I thought the mask mandate was approached with the best intentions but the methods used got pretty authoritarian and autocratic pretty quick. There are procedures and reasons for procedures in how we do things in this country and those are in place to protect minorities and those procedures are worth preserving – all hallmarks of a good republic. Validating mask mandates with a drop in flu that year when we were fighting covid feels a lot like keeping the 55 mph speed limit from the gas crisis nationwide because one year showed a drop in road fatalities – something someone who claims that he was talking to servicemen in the 60s would remember well. This is also an example of what I was talking about earlier with the statistics and data being captured to an agenda – we had the hammer of covid, every disease was looking like the same nail. I know in my one rural county, the county judge did what he could do to make our town a “bigger dot” on the map so we could get more funds. They ended up sending 60 Minutes here! Which is more likely – the data was faulty or the flu was so deftly managed that year while we were dealing with a pandemic of the unvaccinated?

How you love to play with words Blue Dog. Well two can play your game. Science is a process which does indeed arrive at a valid conclusion and it forces no one to believe them because what they state has been proven. If you reject Science you reject education it’s just that simple. Try again Blue Dog, you made a fool of yourself yet again.

And your laughable example of the speed limit was really over the top. Again you exhibit the Far Right lack of just plain common sense. The faster a car travels the more damage to the occupants when it is involved in an accident, even a 5th grader could understand that simple fact. Yet you laughably rant that the reduction to 55 mph did not save lives. Really Blue Dog what planet do you live on anyway. This is not rocket science.

The facts are that mask wearing was responsible for almost a zero flu death rate something that has never happened before during flu season in the U.S. Again common sense would tell anyone that when you block an airborne virus from entering your airways you are not going to get the flu which is airborne. Why is this so hard for you to understand.

And dear medical genius Blue Dog why have Doctors and Nurses worn masks in surgery for well over 126 years. I would love to hear you put your Far Right ignorant twist and spin on that one. I am waiting Blue Dog.

          • Blue Dog (he/him) February 20, 2026, 1:00 pm

dacian, if you would re-read my post, I laughably ranted that a study showed (tricky phrase, that) that fatalities did decrease after the speed limit was reduced.

I do agree with you, dacian, that everyone involved in surgery – I would even go so far as to say everyone in attendance in a surgery theatre – should wear a face mask. You’d be pretty hard pressed to find anyone who would say otherwise but I am sure they are out there and probably have strong opinions on violent video games and Japanese cartoons.

I don’t doubt your capacity as a reader and I am sure you have warmed the seats of institutes of higher learning for many years but I do question your good faith in these responses, not reading carefully and responding to claims we have actually made, but reacting with great fury and little focus on the issue at hand – not unlike my dachshund but nowhere near as cute.

What about all the multitudes of people who are addicted to caffeine?

          • Blue Dog (he/him) February 20, 2026, 12:46 pm

I hadn’t thought about it, but what do you have in mind? What kind of correlation is there between caffeine abuse and the kinds of behaviours one would not want gun owners to exhibit?

        • Christopher Baker February 21, 2026, 7:50 am

My earlier comment about caffeine users is relevant because a lot of people who partake, get horrible headaches if we (yes me included) don’t get our daily double or triple allotment of caffeine. Some might go crazy and do irrational things just like partakers of other drugs they are taking for whatever reason.
So the ones who are already crazy and then take drugs to change themselves go off the deep end others might go off the deep end from not getting their drug of choice.

      • Kane February 18, 2026, 9:12 pm

dacian, cut and pastes a short sales pitch from an unnamed source identified only as supposedly linked to John Hopkins University. He did NOT provide any studies with peer reviews, go back and spend more than your typical lazy 30 seconds dacian.

Why don’t you explain what you believe it means with the line you posted, “while there are risks associated with hormone therapy…” What are the risks? Why does your source specify untreated risks but omit the details of the risks posed by GAHT?

Provide a study that claims that hormone treatment is without dangerous psychological and violent risks.

Why are countries in Europe now changing policy and ending transgender treatments, specifically the prescribing puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to people under the age of 18 if GAHT is so safe and well understood? Why are these young people starting to seek legal redress in the US and Europe if the treatment is so wonderful? Kind of like Mary Shelley’s Dr. Victor Frankenstein being confronted by his angry creation.

Yeah, that’s how medical science and relationship of state and federal government works. Since so many states governments (11?) are pot dealers, the federal government should drop all restrictions without even reclassifying marijuana from a schedule to a schedule 3 drug. Your reading comprehension is very low. I never said “ban alcohol” I said ban people from buying guns who “use” alcohol. Studies done show that many husbands who kill wives were drunk when they did it or assaulted people or killed them in bar fights. I also pointed out that marijuana has the opposite effect on people because it reduces aggression. I am not advocating people run out and start using it nor am I advocating they use it and then drive a vehicle or handle a gun either, I am just pointing out the absurdity of having it as a question on the 4473 form. You are obviously and totally ignorant and totally paranoid about marijuana but that does not change the history of its use or the medical science about it. Naturally if it has anything to do with science you reject it.

Marijuana has been used as a medical treatment to reduce pain as far back as when ancient Indian tribes used it thousands of years ago. Too bad the Far Right never heard of this. Of course many of the Far Right will tell you with a straight face that the world is flat, which then is a lost cause to even try and educate them on anything connected with science. They even laughably argue pollution simply evaporates or is a Left Wing conspiracy and that climate change is due to “earth wobble on its axis”. Like science would not have known about this decades ago with our orbiting satellites.

          • Rodney Ford February 20, 2026, 10:29 am

I just want to point out a couple of things. First of all, those of you who believe that masks prevent Covid 19, then why is it that the most commonly used mask is the blue paper mask, on the box of those masks, it specifically states that those masks do not prevent the spread of Covid 19 or any other diseases? Second. During the pandemic, I asked my doctor if I should get the vaccine, he told me that it could save my life, or it could kill me. I said, that’s all I need to hear, so no thank you. He also told me, don’t let anyone force you to get it. I have not, nor will I ever allow anyone to force me to get vaccinated for any reason. I personally know several people who did get vaccinated, and it nearly killed them. Personally, I would never recommend anyone to get that vaccine, however, if you think it is in your best interest to get it, please consult you doctor, and ask him or her if it would benefit you to get vaccinated due to your personal health condition. Don’t let anyone else try to convince you otherwise. It’s none of their business. It’s between you and your doctor, no one else. You are ultimately the only one to make that decision, even if the president mandates it. I never got it and never will. By the way, I did get Covid 19 and survived with no issues, and no, I did not give it to anyone else. At the time. I lived with three other people, and none of them got it. None of us used those useless masks that I spoke of earlier.

          • dacian February 20, 2026, 11:34 am

            To Rodney

No Doctor I ever heard of or read about said that the Covid 19 shot would kill you. None. People who did die did not die from the shot but were already dying from other diseases they already had. The instructions you received before the shot asked you questions about your current health to determine whether or not to go ahead and get the shot.

Having said all that it was “and is” astronomically higher that you would die from Covid as opposed to not getting the shot and dying. It’s just called “common sense” which is totally unknown to the uneducated Far Right.

          • dacian February 20, 2026, 12:06 pm

            To Rodney

And by the way here is a shocker of a fact for you. Everyone I knew who died from Covid was a person who failed to get the Covid Shot. None, I repeat, none, died who got the shot. to Kane

In one of your other posts you called me a “Communist”. I always have a hysterical laugh whenever the Far Right shake in their shoes when the word “Communist” is mentioned. It seems to be a real Boogeyman for them. In reality you ignorant fool all of the worlds industrialized nations (including the U.S.) are Socialist to one degree or another. It’s just that the U.S. does not have yet “enough” social programs or fails to adequately fund those we do have like Social Security for starters.

Social Programs are funded by taxes and taxes come from both the people and from business. In all of the industrialized countries business and the production of goods “are not” owned by or controlled by the government as would be the case if they were Communist. Communism died out with Stalin, its ancient history. Socialism is now the dominant form of Government.

Please move into the 21st Century you tried old scare tactics that come from more ignorant fools like yourself fool no educated people.

          • Kane February 21, 2026, 12:07 pm

You were talking about the Japanese and the Chinese as if they are the same culture and bloodline and killed each other because the right wing rise in Japan. You embrace Communism and are ignorant of that fact that Communist Chairman Mao Zedong killed more than 60 million Chinese and now you try and soft soap Communism. You are a bad joke.

          • dacian February 21, 2026, 2:44 pm

Kane stop lying between your teeth. I never said I embraced Communism but I did say I am a Socialist/Liberal. I even explained the difference between Communism and Socialism to you and it all went right over your head.

I never compared the Japanese to the Chinese or insinuated they were alike either, that came from your wild imagination and or inadequate reading comprehension.

And I never said that I admired Mao for his atrocities either, that again was a bold face lie you made up and ditto for Stalin.

What I did say you Moron was the Communism died out with Stalin. The Chinese dropped Communism as well and went over to a Capitalist System as dog eat dog as what we currently have here in Capitalvania (U.S.).

Is China today a dictatorship, yes of course, but the U.S. is governed by an Oligarchy of the rich who are for the rich and have lowered the living standard for the last half century of the American people. Show me the difference in regards to the workers getting the shaft from both political systems. I think you are too ignorant to separate an economic system from a dictatorship.

Juan Peron was a murderous dictator but embraced Capitalism so does this make all Capitalist countries evil? The answer is no, but it also is the same answer for countries that are Socialist who have had a dictator. It’s not the economic system but the political system that makes a country evil. Do Western European Countries have murderous dictators. The Answer is no, but they sure as hell have numerous Socialist programs.

So which type of economic system gives the workers a better life. The answer is simple its a Socialist Government. In Denmark , Finland, and Norway they have the highest “happiness index” in the Industrial World and they have Socialist programs to care for every need of its citizens. Yes, they pay more taxes but what is the alternative??? Die like dogs in the street like we do here in Capitalvia were thousands of people cannot even afford preventive medical care and affordable life saving drugs.

I once listened to an interview with a Professor at a college in Austria and he went over all the benefits people get there from cradle to grave and I was utterly flabbergasted and astonished that such a small country about the size of Ohio could afford such fantastic benefits. It all proved that the Republicans use scare tactics by lying between their teeth when they say we could never afford to live in such a civilized country.

And you scream about people Mao killed. During the 50’s the U.S. Government exploded Atomic Bombs in tests knowing full well that thousands of American Citizens and soldiers and sailors would be exposed to radiation and eventually die horrible deaths from cancer, one of which was a very popular Far Right Fanatic, he was none other than John Wayne who happened to be filming a movie when the entire crew got hit with the radiation fallout from an exploded Nuclear Bomb. Wayne most probably died years before his time and guess what it was from cancer.

Ever hear of the “Tuskegee Experiments” when the U.S. Government had their Doctors inject syphilis into unsuspecting poor black people to see how long they would live and how fast the disease progressed?

The U.S. Government knew for decades that the Capitalvanians were polluting our air and water and that hundreds of thousands of people were dying from cancer and respiratory diseases yet did nothing. And “this week” Herr Drumpf (the Donald) did away with Obama’s anti-pollution laws so that the energy producers can now make millions more by having no restrictions when they build automobiles.

Kane, dear political genius, when you point the finger at another country you have 3 fingers pointed right back at your own. They all can and often are totally immoral.

Try again Kane you always end up making a complete fool of yourself.

“Ever hear of the “Tuskegee Experiments” when the U.S. Government had their Doctors inject syphilis into unsuspecting poor black people to see how long they would live and how fast the disease progressed?”

Oh, I know of these experiments. Not quite as you describe, go ahead and read the facts of the case and then explain your version. While reading, remember that this is the same MEDICAL field which you were just bloviating such strong trust and admiration for the current GAHT Experiments. Provide your quotes and sources that support your statement of “the U.S. Government had their Doctors inject syphilis into unsuspecting poor black people to see how long they would live and how fast the disease progressed?”

({[The Tuskegee Syphilis Study was a 40-year unethical medical experiment in which African American men with syphilis were deliberately left untreated to study the disease’s progression.
            Overview
The Tuskegee Syphilis Study, officially titled The Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male, was conducted by the United States Public Health Service (PHS) from 1932 to 1972 in Macon County, Alabama, in collaboration with Tuskegee Institute, a historically Black college. The study enrolled 600 impoverished African American men, 399 of whom had latent syphilis, while 201 served as uninfected controls. Participants were primarily sharecroppers who had limited access to medical care.
            Purpose and Methods
The stated goal was to observe the natural progression of untreated syphilis, particularly to determine whether the disease caused more cardiovascular than neurological damage in Black men compared to whites. Participants were misled to believe they were receiving treatment for “bad blood,” a local term encompassing various ailments including anemia and fatigue. They were given placebos, ineffective treatments, and diagnostic procedures such as lumbar punctures, but were never informed of their syphilis diagnosis. Although penicillin became the standard treatment for syphilis by 1947, none of the infected men received it.
            Britannica

            Ethical Violations
The study is infamous for its severe ethical breaches:
Lack of informed consent: Participants were never told the true nature of the study.

Withholding treatment: Effective therapies, including penicillin, were deliberately denied.

Deception and exploitation: Men were promised free medical care and funeral expenses, but were used as subjects for long-term observation.

Harm to families: The disease spread to at least 40 wives and 19 children were born with congenital syphilis.

Over the course of the study, 28 men died directly from syphilis, and over 100 more died from related complications.
            Exposure and Aftermath
The study continued for 40 years until 1972, when a whistleblower leaked information to the press, prompting public outrage and the study’s termination. In 1973, Congress held hearings, and in 1974, surviving participants and heirs received a $10 million settlement. In 1997, President Bill Clinton issued a formal apology and established the National Center for Bioethics in Research and Health Care at Tuskegee University.
            History
            Legacy
The Tuskegee Syphilis Study profoundly influenced research ethics, leading to:
The establishment of informed consent as a fundamental requirement in human research.
Creation of Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) to oversee ethical standards.
Heightened awareness of racial disparities and mistrust in medical research within African American communities

            The study remains a stark reminder of the importance of ethical oversight, transparency, and respect for human rights in medical research.)]}

OK, dacian, find your source that gives the details where you said “the U.S. Government had their Doctors inject syphilis into unsuspecting poor black people to see how long they would live and how fast the disease progressed?”

          and by the way Kane

You were crying tears over some German prisoners of war starving. May I remind you the German Military not only starved the people in the Concentration Camps but they starved all the people in the occupied countries of Europe. The stories of civilian starvation are too numerous to even go into here including some famous movie stars. Again you know little of WWII. The Germans got what they described when they finally surrendered. I personally would have starved them all to death, they were monsters not human beings.

          • Kane February 21, 2026, 12:00 pm

Oh yes, Germans were collectively guilty and should be collectively punished. That’s all how war crimes start. When the Soviet soldiers went into Romanian and raped all those little girls because of the role the leaders were part of the Axis powers it was explained away just like you are doing. That’s how the German war crimes were justified, if you were educated it, was a total waste.

Quote — And by the way here is a shocker of a fact for you. Everyone I knew who died from Covid was a person who failed to get the Covid Shot. None, I repeat, none, died who got the shot. I think that is proof enough for anyone who has any grey matter between their ears. I had an idiot friend who did not get the shot and he never recovered from Covid and others I knew that did not get the shot died. No one in my family nor any of my relatives got Covid because we were all vaccinated and all wore masks. — End Quote

…really? If that were true, it would be quite the shocking fact for many among us.

According to one study (and you know how I feel about studies) conducted by a group of scientists named Cox, Amin, Kates and Michaud published through KFF (dot org) on Nov 30, 2022, the preceding summer, May to August, vaccinated and boosted adults made up from 36% to 38% of all deaths per month because of COVID in 30 jurisdictions sampled within the US, with adults who started vaccinations but not current in their boosting accounting for another 22% to 24% per month in that same study. A pity they don’t let us post links here.

“Gender-affirming” would be telling a guy “You’re a dude, not a chick and you’re never gonna be a chick no matter how much chemical and/or surgical mutilation you undergo in an attempt to more closely resemble a chick”. “Gender-identity” is a nonsense term made-up by the Left in an attempt to normalize an aberrant mental disorder so as to harvest votes from the mentally ill. “Gender” and “sex” are interchangeable terms and have exactly the same meaning when applied to living things as a term of differentiation. “Gender” is not a “feeling”: it is fixed by one’s genetic make-up and is immutable. Anyone who believes different is simply delusional.

Even if we don’t put the delusional in lock-down mental health facilities for the treatment they desperately need these days and, instead, allow them to roam freely where they pose a danger to others, you simply cannot force the sane people to accept the fantasies of these delusional nutjobs as our reality! Can a White person claim to be Black or vice versa? No. Can a man believe he’s Zeus and order you all to bow before him or be destroyed and would you be expected to comply? No. Can a man claim to be Halle Berry’s husband and just go crawl into her bed while she’s sleeping? No. Why not? Because such things are, at best, crazy and, at worst, criminal.

Grow up and get a grip on reality!

Yes we all know Jethro that the Democrats (according to your ignorance) are responsible from everything from gout to ingrown toenails. In reality if you had any knowledge of the Democrats at all and what they have done for us you would know that the Republicans have always been the arch enemy of the working people.

It was Democrats that gave us Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, our Nation’s Freeway System, school lunch programs, educational grants, low cost loans for technical school or college. It was Obama that strengthened our anti-pollution laws that were killing thousands of Americans with lung diseases because of dirty air and cancer because of contaminated water. Yesterday the corrupt and deragined Herr Drumpf (the Donald) rewarded the big polluters in the energy fields for their giving him millions in campaign donations so that they now can pollute “at will” and make billions more in profit while killing everyone in the country with excess pollution.

It has been the gainster criminal Republicans who have prevented a National Health Care bill from being passed that would pay for mental health treatments which in turn would reduce gun violence and reduce the calls for gun bans. So you see Jethro you are so ignorant you do not even realize it is the Republicans who contribute the most to gun violence because there is no money for affordable mental health treatment programs.

The man in question had a long history of mental illness and he never got the help he needed. In civilized countries with National Health Care Systems he would have received such treatments and with civilized nations who have tough gun laws he never would have passed a mental health test to even buy a weapon.

Jethro you are a star “poster boy” in regards on how our educational system has failed kids like you. Those like you who do not go on to college never learn how to think critically and fall easy prey to Republican lies and propaganda. You vote for the very people who give you the economic shaft, endanger your health, bankrupt you over health care, lower your standard of living, make it impossible for you to retire in dignity and make the streets safe for thugs and homicidal maniacs.

Democrats more often than not are on the right side of history and are more often on the side of the little guy and the downtrodden among us, more interested in public safety and health, and making sure the rich pay their fair share but Democrats are still flawed humans and will let you down. Wed yourself to principles, not people. Be fair and realistic when they are found to be flawed people and show grace when your opponents (not your enemies) are shown to be flawed people. Gold, glory, or girls – one of those three will get most anyone.

quote——————–Dems were the party of slavery, KKK etc. The unions are looking to the Republicans now and among the great tax cheats of today—————–quote

Obviously you got stuck in ancient History. Starting with Franklin Roosevelt the Democratic party became the supporters of liberal social causes like Social Security and remain so to this very day. The Recent attacks and reductions of Social Security and Medicare and Medicaid by the Criminal Republicans caused a Government shutdown, one of the longest in U,S, History, and this will rise up during the Mid-Terms to destroy the Republican control of both the House and Senate.

I have never belonged to any Union that was pro-Republican because we knew without a doubt that the Republicans have always been the arch enemy of the working people. Republicans have reduced unemployment benefits and their duration even during periods of severe unemployment during recessions and fought raising the minimum wage tooth nail and claw. Republicans support to this very day “right to work laws” which are designed to destroy Unions so employers can reduce wages, safe working conditions, medical care, and retirement benefits. Republicans have passed laws whenever they could to prevent people from forming Unions.

Your above statement on Unions and the KKK and slavery are ridiculous because in the case of Unions it’s a bold face lie and in the case of slavery and the KKK your statements are now outdated because the Democratic Party starting with Roosevelt is in no way the same party it was during the civil war.

This is what I mean by wedding yourself to principles and not ideas. Take note, dacian.

Yes, many of the Democrats from the Civil War through the 70s or so, particularly in the South, were working against progress and the arc of history and were involved in racist causes. Republicans worked with LBJ – a Democrat president – in the 60s to pass a lot of landmark legislation that changed how this country works as much as had the Civil War a century prior. Then the parties re-oriented, not quite a flip. Which party do those Dixiecrats vote for now? We’ve buried Robert Byrd, maybe the time has come for you to bury him too. I look to the future and I am nervous at what I see, the warmth of collectivism overtaking my party. I’ve got too much of a libertarian streak in me to be comfortable with the Mamdanis and Ocasio-Cortez-es of the party. Maybe I am becoming a relic of the past too?

Yes, the Republicans – or more like, Donald Trump himself – made a play for unions. The actual Republicans know their place too well to try it, which is why Trump will never be one of them. The unions heard them out, which is their right. “What can you do for us?” They even invited that one union guy to speak at the RNC in ’24, what was his name? Sean Fane? I remember it was basically Sinn Fein, the IRA party in UK politics. Anyway, he pretty much ended his speech by saying sorry not sorry, you don’t get the union vote.

Oh I get your post, we should let the Criminal Republicans destroy Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid because none of these programs were on the right side of history, LMAO!!! Do you even realize how asinine your statements are.

And remember it was the Neanderthal Republicans who fought not only Social Security (and are still trying to destroy it) but they even fought the Democrats bill to fund the National Freeway System which the idiot Republicans claimed would be too expensive (back in 1950’s) and that when built no one would use them anyway. Yes I cannot make this stuff up because the Republicans are as cheap and stingy and insane today as they were in the 1950’s but at least they were able back then to listen to reason and compromise.

President Eisenhower was a Republican but today would be called a Rhino or even worse a traitor that was really a Democrat in disguise. This is how insane the Republican party as now become today. Remember it was Eisenhower who taxed the Rich in some categories as much as 90% and contrary to Republican lies to this very day we had a booming economy when the Rich were actually paying taxes and not making the working people pay all of the taxes.

I never stated I smoked weed. You make a lot of prejudiced and unsubstantiated statements on just about everything you post.

Obviously your business degree did not delve into the Humanities. Here is just some of what you missed out on.

From an academic standpoint, the humanities include the study of history, philosophy and religion, modern and ancient languages and literatures, fine and performing arts, media and cultural studies, and other fields. Humanities research adds to our knowledge of the world, as scholars investigate differences between cultures and communities around the world and across time, consider the ways art is made and received, or unveil the undercurrents that have shaped history. Humanities education encourages students to think creatively and critically, to reason, and ask questions. And, as the humanities offer insight into nearly every aspect of life, they have been considered a core element of a well-rounded education since ancient times.

Put simply, the humanities help us understand and interpret the human experience, as individuals and societies.

But humanities fields are under threat. Funding for key humanities agencies and programs has been targeted for cuts affecting communities across the country. College and university humanities departments face closures and mergers. More college classes are being taught by contingent faculty members who make too little for teaching too many students.

In all honesty, it is harder to get scandal to stick to Democrats but sometimes even Democrats get caught up in scandals – piles of money in the fridge, groping sleeping soldier ladies, not having sex with that woman.

When did you go to college, dacian? You describe the experience more like a current, in the last 10 to 20 years experience, than a young adult would have experienced in the 1960s, unless you went somewhere like Berkley? College did used to teach critical thinking, yes, but today the window of allowed thought is too narrow to allow critical thinking. College has become the free flow of one single idea and this is to the detriment of our culture.

Well Kane thanks for the distorted view of Eisenhower during WWII.

You know very little about what actually took place. When the Germans surrendered there were not tens of thousands there were hundreds of thousands and it all happened at once in a very short space of time, often days. There were not instantly available enough places to house so many people in so short a time. It must also be remembered that food was scarce as well and Eisenhower was providing what little food that could be spared from feeding his own troops to the civilians that were starving to death. Considering the mass murder the German Military had committed they naturally were low on the receiving list. You must remember the feelings at the time. I will admit Eisenhower could have done a better job but calling him a mass murders is really over the top.

quote————–BTW, I am a Gaelic Celt, not an Anglo-Saxson. My people have been at war with the Anglo-Saxons of Britain for more that 800 years.————quote

And the Celt’s got the shit beat out of them the majority of the time. By the way the Anglo-Saxons are still in Britain and they still rule over the Celts. Boudica and her gang of Hillbillies (who have never been known for being very bright) got annihilated when they were dumb enough to park their wagons behind them blocking them in when the Roman General Suetonius who chose his ground carefully and was protected by a Forest and deep gully advanced driving the Celts back to trap them in front of their wagons.

I might add the Celts were a very primitive group of various tribes (usually killing each other) who were nowhere nearly as advanced as the Romans were both in terms of a higher culture and in the use of the advanced weapons and armor of the Romans. The Romans were bright enough to unite their various tribes and create the most powerful Army at the time while the Celts forever remained a group of ignorant Hillbillies constantly at war with each other, they built no great cities or churches, had no written language, no advancements in medicine (see Galen the Roman Physician) and made no advancements in science. Strange they are still in much of the same rut as they were back in the day. You are a poster boy for that statement.

And by the way its “Saxon” not Saxson.

quote—————-Speaking of Ike and 50s era politics, how do you feel about Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, dacian?———-quote

Again you show how little you know about History. The Rosenberg case is long and complicated but the evidence eventually proved that Ethel although she was aware of her Husband’s involvement was too ill at the time to do anything about it and she never participated in any of it, And as far as Julius is concerned Historians have agreed he was accused of a lot of spying activity he was not guilty of even though he was indeed a spy. In other words what he did certainly did not warrant a death penalty but the Communist Hysteria of the time swept away any chance of a fair trial. Everyone who could of come to his defense was too terrified of trying to defend him and make sure he got a fair trial which History has proven he certainly did not get. I do not condone what Julias did but if the same trial was done today there is not a chance he would have received the death penalty which gave the Far Right a whipping boy and a chance to dance in his blood for decades after that. There have been spies since Rosenberg that revealed far more information that he ever did.

And to further expose your ignorance of history it’s a myth that any information that Rosenberg supposedly gave was solely responsible for the Soviets developing the Atomic Bomb. The Soviets were working on an Atomic Bomb as early as WWII although they were further behind than the U.S.

How do you feel about “traitor Trump” and his worship of Putin??? Trump is following in Putin’s footsteps, he favors Putin to win the war against the Ukraine. Trump has done everything imaginable to destroy freedom of the press just as Putin has done. Trump has done everything in his power to destroy free and fair elections and destroy every last vestige of American Democracy and please do not mention the standard Right Wing crap about a Republic and that no Conservative should support democracy and the right of a people to govern themselves because it would be mob rule. Strange all the other democracies are not governed by mob rule and have watchdog courts that are separate from the political process unlike our corrupt political system.

Now you are saying that he had a “long history of mental illness and he never got the help he needed..”

Which is it? Is GAHT a proper medical treatment procedure administered by expert medical teams that knows the patient history and appropriateness for the program or not? Were the medical experts incompetent and that jargon you posted from John Hopkins just a “covered wagon medical show”?

Nothing adds up with you dacian.

Once again you make wild statements about a man who you know nothing about as far as his medical history. If you had bothered to watch or follow the information on this man you would have not have made such inaccurate statements about him. Getting mental health treatments and being under the care of a doctor long term is very expensive and many people do not have the financial ability to pay for it. Again he never got the treatments he very obviously needed. Now pay attention this is on the 5th grade level. It was never stated he was under the long term care of a doctor nor was it ever stated exactly what kind of treatments he may or may not have gotten in the past either. He may have receive no medical treatments of any kind as far as we know at this point. Again his behavior certainly proved he needed mental health care and treatment.

If you had any reading comprehension at all I was not referring to “his medical GAHT treatments” rather I was exposing your ignorance in regards to GAHT treatments, something that you proved you know zero about. You were merely mouthing the Far Right Wing propaganda and ignorance about this type of treatment and then with the simple “wave of the hand” rejected what John Hopkins University said about such treatments by trying in your ignorance to denigrate John Hopkins information on the subject by calling it “jargon” and a “covered wagon medical show”. So now you are telling us “you” know more about this subject than John Hopkins University. I don’t even think you realize what a fool you made of yourself. Johnson was withdrawing troops and he was negotiating a peace treaty when he was sabotaged by the traitor Nixon who sent a secret envoy Mrs. Chennault to Nam to tell them that he would give them a better deal. In reality he actually increased the war and the 25,000 American dead would eventually increase to 62,000 and also kill an additional 2 million Vietnamese citizens and that was just in the North not counting the dead in the South.

Sorry Mark you flunked History classes.

To dacian re: the Celts –

Celtic tribes occupied much of what became the western Roman Empire, through France and into Iberia, even in the Italian peninsula itself. As the Roman Empire withdrew from that region, there was an Irish golden age where they built monasteries all along England and France, christianising many of the Anglo-Saxon tribes. Have you ever heard of the Book of Kells? They painted that without the use of magnifying optics.

Re-read what you wrote to Kane about the Celts and tell me that was not racist. What you have written here would be every bit at home in the worst of the 19th century books about eugenics, about the military victories of the Romans and Saxons over the Celts proving their superiority. I don’t think I have ever read anything so classist in an historical context as what you wrote about the hillbillies fighting alongside Boudica. What were you saying about the first thing you learned in college was to get rid of your racism? I realize the several colleges I have attended cannot be as fancy as the one you went to, but your experience sounds much different than mine. And probably more recent. My challenge to you – defend what you’ve said without comparing your level of racism against someone else. You are not justified by being a little racist against an opponent just because you say they are being more racist. And you aren’t being just a little racist.

The Romans conquered the Dacians. Is that equally evidence that the Romans were superior to the Dacians? The Dacians took refuge within the Roman Empire as foederati fleeing the Huns and ended up betraying their hosts, sacking Rome and starting a kingdom in Iberia that was then conquered by the Moors. Are the Moors also superior to the Goths/Dacians?
Who did the Romans never conquer? The Hibernians. The Picts. The Celts of Ireland and Scotland. Are they superior to the dacians?

        • dacian February 20, 2026, 4:14 pm

You have an erroneous view of the Dacians. It was the Germanic Tribes who invaded Rome, not the Dacians. That is History 101.

And yes the Romans were superior to the Dacians but they put up one hell of a fight as it took Rome 3 different wars to beat them. Rome then occupied Dacia for over 200 years and the two tribes intermarried. Romania today traces their heritage to Rome not Dacia.

As far as my post being racist. Yes and no,. Yes, I did it to throw some of Kane’s own racism right back in his face. You could hardly blame me for that, revenge is sweet. But on the other hand what I posted was Historically accurate. The Celts were the Hillbillies compared to the much more educated Romans. Again the Celts could not even read or write because they had no written language. And the churches you mention was just a bunch of deflection and historical inaccuracy because all of that came far later in History. It did not occur during the events and time period I described. And I might add it was not the Celts who built the churches you spoke of but by a mix of races that included Irish, Anglo Saxons, and Nordic tribes i,.e. the Vikings who converted to Christianity. The invasions and mixings of races in Britain is long and very complex. You seem to try and simply the later mix of both cultural and religious history later in time to try and exonerate the Celts history which has nothing to do with the time period I was describing.

And by the way Rome never invaded Ireland so why do you try and bring Irish people into the debate about the war between Rome and the Celts (Wales) ???? It shows it is you who do not know much about history. As a matter of fact you seem to indicate you never even heard of Hadrian’s Wall, It was built because Rome never conquered all of Wales. You have got Celtic history so screwed up with Ireland I do not even know where to begin

Quite trying to play Historian Blue Dog you only made a complete fool of yourself.

“The Celtic languages have a rich literary tradition. The earliest specimens of written Celtic are Lepontic inscriptions from the 6th century BC in the Alps.”

            Definition
Literary tradition refers to the body of written works, themes, styles, and cultural practices that are passed down through generations and influence subsequent literature. This tradition includes genres, conventions, and historical contexts that shape the way stories are told and understood. It connects texts across time and geography, creating a rich tapestry of narrative forms that reflect societal values and beliefs.

And they were constantly at war with each other that is why they were so easily conquered by the Romans who had the better weapons, tactics, and training and organization. Again you have history so screwed up I do not even know where to begin. Although the Celts were originally from Europe they migrated to the British Isles. The were long gone from Europe during the time period you speak of. Population change is nothing new, especially in Europe. And here is something that will frost your Right Wing Balls. It’s been estimated by ethnologists and Immigration studies that in the next 20 years the U.S. population will be dominated by Latino’s and run by Latino’s. In fact it is going on as I type these lines. Ever heard of Ted Cancun Cruise or Marco Rubio? Both have high governmental positions and guess what they are both Latio. Many more are in government I did not even mention because the list is way too long.

In reference to your claim that Dacia Invaded Rome I might add also that not only did the Dacians not invade Rome but by the time the Germanic Tribes did invade Rome the people of Dacia were now so genetically mixed with the Roman race they were no longer even considered Dacians. Dacians no longer even considered themselves Dacians but Romans. The name of the country was eventually changed to Romania to denote their heritage originated from Rome.

The Celts had the Brehon laws, and the Dacians had no written culture. quote————Just below I refuted your lie, the Celts had a written language going back to at least 6 century BC. The Roman culture was much like you, they strongly supported the homosexual culture. ———-quote

For much of Rome’s history (until corrupted by depraved Christianity) they regarded sex as a natural human behavior and nothing to be ashamed of. There were phallic symbols that hung over doorways and graphic sexual paintings both in homes and in stalls at the Roman Baths so that people who were illiterate and could not read numbers could remember where they left their cloths. No one thought anything was wrong with this.

Toleration of homosexuals was nothing really knew as other cultures down through time regarded homosexuality as part of human behavior and some even regarded it as a gift from God. So should we praise the warped sexual ideology of Christianity which has traditionally regarded sex as something dirty and debased and to be used only for procreation? Psychologists have said that Christianity’s warped view of sex has caused much anxiety and lifelong sexual hangups.

As far as your crowing about the Tuskegee experiments you are like a drowning man grasping at straws. The whole point of my example was that whether or not they were injected or whether they were knowingly and deliberately not treated resulted in their unnecessary suffering and deaths and it proves that the U.S. murdered people just as Mao did. My example went right over your head. Your holier than thou attitude when pointing the finger at other countries only shows once again your fanatical racism and historical ignorance on just about all subjects you rant about.

quote———————“The Celtic languages have a rich literary tradition. The earliest specimens of written Celtic are Lepontic inscriptions from the 6th century BC in the Alps.”————quote

NIce try on trying to distort history. This has zero to do with the time period which took place between Boudicca and Suetonius. The Celts that migrated to Britain became a completely different tribe/tribes and culture otherwise they would have brought their literacy with them. In fact when the British Celts became literate they were a completely knew mix of racial people. It’s like comparing the first English settlers in America to the racial mix of people now living in the U.S. and all that took place in a much shorter period of time as the length of time that took place between the primitive Celts that faced Suetonius and the much later in time rise of literacy in the British Isles.

English History: The Celts (600 BC-80 AD)

Very little is known about the early inhabitants of the British Isles, although archeological work has unearthed some fascinating information in recent years. The Celtic peoples appear to have begun migrating to Britain at about the time Rome began to emerge in Italy (about 600 BC). There is some evidence that the Celts integrated the existing population. The Celts were a pre-literate society. Thus there are no written records. In fact, the first written accounts of Celtic Britain are provided by Julius Caesar during his military expeditions (55-54 BC).

Try again Kane as far as an Historical Scholar you are out of you league.

The answer to your question is a long and complex one but simplified here it is.

Look it up it was fought tooth nail and claw by the Republicans initially but after a lot of haggling the Republicans then were convinced to support the Democrats and Eisenhower and the bill was finally past. At least back then you could negotiate and get both sides to support and eventually pass important bills for the good of the country,
