At SHOT Show 2025, we stopped by Beretta’s range day to get some clarity on the Beretta 1301 Tactical shotgun. With recent changes mandated by the ATF, there’s been a lot of confusion about whether this firearm is still available and what modifications have been made. Let’s break it down.

Beretta USA has temporarily halted production of its popular 1301 Tactical shotgun with 7+1 capacity, effective November 4, 2024.
