“Again, I believe the firearms laws we currently have in place are effective, appropriate and minimal, and serve to reassure our citizens that people who are carrying handguns in this state are qualified to do so,” said Fallin.

“Fuck the NRA,” says congressional candidate Pat Davis in a new ad. “Their pro-gun policies have resulted in dead children, dead mothers and dead fathers,” he continues.

Reuters reported earlier this week that Bank of America had contributed $43.2 million to a $193 million lending package designed to help Remington recover after emerging from bankruptcy. BoA struck the deal with Big Green before changing its firearms policy, but that didn’t stop David “Boycott Everything” Hogg from criticizing the bank for honoring its commitment.

Not even a full week in office and National Rifle President Oliver North is already making headlines.  Maybe for the wrong reasons…
