Sheriff Howard Sills is fed up with people like this repeat offender taking up resources. Putnam County, Georgia Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended a man who literally broke into a residence Tuesday night. He was shot by the homeowner and is now occupying a hospital bed and tying up resources that could be used to help those suffering from COVID 19.
