Henry Repeating Arms has a flight of new rifles and shotguns that run the gamut from entry-level long guns for youths to high-end engraved premium guns.

Kimber announced this week their new product lineup for 2019, and along with small tweaks to their usual fare, the company offered something totally new: an all-metal striker-fired 9mm handgun they’re calling the EVO SP. The EVO SP departs from the 1911-style handguns and revolvers the company has historically produced, but Kimber says it’s ready for the real world.

Montana-based firearms manufacturer Shield Arms announced this week the release of the world’s first folding AR-15 lower receiver, the aptly-named Folding Lower Receiver (FLR). Currently only offered in the 9mm SA-9 Stripped Receiver, the FLR features a folding mechanism machined directly into the 7075 billet aluminum receiver.

The new 12-gauge is called the “Nightstick” and it’s a successor to the Shockwave, now with traditional wood furniture.

Battle Born Munitions is taking Dick’s Sporting Goods to court, accusing them of shady business practices that wound up costing the company over $5 million.
