Delivery driver involved in April mall shooting found not guilty by Virginia jury who ruled it self-defense last week. 

The dad, John Duhigg, is a former violent crime detective, we learn from Daily Mail. He says the incident was caught on his security cameras and the footage went viral when he posted it on TikTok. 

A 13-year-old boy shot an intruder on Friday, Sept. 8th, around 10 p.m., near 75th Avenue and Camelback Road, police confirm.

According to reports from KENS5, the intruder mistakenly thought the house was his own.

According to FBI crime statistics, a home invasion occurs every 30 seconds in the United States, in other words, upwards of 3,000 invasions per day. This stuff really does happen constantly, and it’s about time people start realizing it could happen anytime, in any neighborhood, to any one of us.

The assaulter, who was later identified as Kevin Craig Anderson, “aggressively approached several customers” of the smokehouse. Anderson then made his way to the men’s restroom, where he proceeded to assault an elderly man. 

“Everything happened I guess you could say in God’s favor. I protected my family, and he was just being a dummy trying to come to my house and get whatever,” said Rodriguez.

Surveillance footage was released three days ago, showing us exactly what happened. The incident started when the robber walked in. Police say he pulled a mask over his face while saying “You know why I’m here.”
