International shipping giant Fed-Ex announced yesterday their decision to sever ties with the National Rifle Association, according to Reuters. But the move has nothing to do with the recent mass murder in a Pittsburg synagogue, the company says. Instead, it claims that business members of the NRA did not bring in enough shipping volume to warrant the discount program it offered to the pro-gun group.

Our work isn’t just in races for U.S. Congress. As critically important as maintaining pro-gun majorities in the U.S. Senate and House is, every level of government is being targeted by our opponents. It’s tough to beat a skilled gunsmith, but shooters are realizing that a factory piece can be nearly as accurate and just as much fun to shoot. That trend was on full display earlier this month when Scottish benchrest shooter David Sharp (yes, his real name) posted a 3.090-inch 1000-yard group using a Savage Model 12 F-TR barreled action chambered in .308 WIN.

An Alabama man is being hailed as a hero after he used his concealed firearm to stop a masked gunman at a McDonald’s in southwest Birmingham. The suspect entered the restaurant on Saturday night around 10:45pm just after it had closed, according to local media. He gained access by entering just as an employee was unlocking the door for a father and his two sons to leave. The suspect opened fire as soon as he entered, but the father drew his own concealed weapon and returned fire.

“How many mass-murder atrocities must we endure before the message finally sinks in,” asked Alan Korwin, an award-winning author and consultant to JPFO. “People must understand that the same guns police use to protect you can be used to protect yourself,” Korwin said, echoing the comments made by president Trump, who was attacked for making this common-sense observation. Jews are often hoplophobic or otherwise reluctant to bear arms, leading to deadly results.

No one knows what John Browning would’ve thought of a polymer 1911, but it is possible to judge how it performs. And we did just that.
