Milwaukee police have arrested a man for using a dangerous weapon while intoxicated after he reportedly pointed a firearm at a crowd of Black Lives Matter protestors who had gathered in front of his house.

It is not the firearm that broke the law and victimized an innocent person. It is always the criminal who is responsible for his or her actions.

An Omaha man who was initially determined to have acted in self-defense is now being charged by a grand jury with manslaughter along with three additional felonies.
