The New York state legislature will consider a bill this year that would require gun owners in the state to purchase liability insurance.

Today, Gun Owners of America (GOA) announced their support of three pieces of legislation to protect abuses of the National Firearms Act of 1934 by the Biden Administration – S. 803, H.R. 4312, and H.R. 6817.

A veteran New York firefighter has been arrested and charged with gun-related crimes after an interstate task force followed him to a gun show in Pennsylvania and arrested him as he was driving home.
