10mm ammo is getting popular, again, and Springfield Armory has added a 10mm to their XD-M OSP (Optical Sight Pistol) lineup. This gun is both optics- and suppressor-ready, plus all the things you love about the standard XD-M 10mm.
It ships with three different plates so you can mount any of the best red dot sights on your pistol. The iron sights are tall enough to co-witness through the sight so that if your battery dies, you can use the irons and keep on shooting.
The sights are also tall enough to view over a suppressor. The 5.3″ barrel is 1/2″-28 threaded and includes a thread protector so you can start shooting while you wait for your tax stamp. The hammer-forged barrel is Melonite coated, and the frame is black polymer.
It’s got an accessory rail under the barrel. Its capacity is 15+1 and it includes two magazines in the box. MSRP is $695

Did they fix the issue with debri blowing out the the little opening in the back of the slide when suppressed?
Very nicely designed pistol I use with a Holosun Green dot. Shoots right on with or without comp. Functions perfect and very controllable like shooting a .40 S&W and also shoots .40 S&W ammo with little recoil. Functions like a Glock eats ammo for lunch but points and shoots much better with a nice stock trigger pull that does not effect accuracy. Rear strap safety works fine also I thought may be an issue. Well worth the price.
Clay should he done this (and many others the last few months) He is a 10mm guy and this review would have been perfect for him
This is just an announcement. A full review will come later.
