The Sarsilmaz 7/24 is a new steel‑framed, hammer‑fired 9mm pistol introduced as part of Sarsilmaz’s expansion under its global brand name. They said they took feedback from the K12 pistol to create this new steel gun.

This new steel frame shooter is a good start for competition. MSRP begins at $900.

Built on an all‑metal frame, the 7/24 emphasizes weight, balance, and recoil control. The platform uses a DA/SA operating system, with a smooth double action at about 12 lbs and a light 2.5 lbs single action pull.

Stainless‑steel construction softens recoil without compromising durability, qualities still favored by shooters who gravitate toward metal‑frame pistols for duty, range use, or competition.

Design Lineage: CZ‑75 at the Core

The 7/24 clearly draws from the CZ‑75 design lineage, a pattern long respected for its ergonomics, slide‑to‑frame geometry, and recoil behavior.

Like the CZ‑75, the 7/24 uses a full‑length frame rail system with the slide riding inside the frame, lowering the bore axis and contributing to the pistol’s smooth cycling and controllability during rapid fire.

It’s got checkered serrations, beefy controls, and it’s optics-ready.

Grip angle, trigger reach, and overall balance also follow CZ‑influenced conventions, resulting in a pistol that points naturally and returns to target predictably.

These traits are part of why CZ‑75‑pattern pistols have endured across military, law enforcement, and civilian use for decades. And why so many modern all‑metal DA/SA pistols continue to follow that blueprint.

The grips are textured G10, not too aggressive, and the front and back straps are also checkered.

Rather than copying the original outright, Sarsilmaz modernized the architecture with optic‑ready slides, contemporary texturing, and updated controls, keeping the underlying geometry but adapting it to current use.

Features and Configuration

The 7/24 series is offered in Compact, Full‑Size, and Sport configurations. All models are chambered in 9mm and ship with 17‑round magazines, flared magwells, and full Picatinny accessory rails.

Slides are cut for multiple optic footprints, and steel grip panels and frame checkering are built in rather than added as aftermarket solutions.

The Takeaway

The Sarsilmaz 7/24 hasn’t reinvented its pistol. Instead, it modernizes a CZ‑75‑inspired, all‑metal DA/SA platform with current features shooters expect (optics support, rails, and refined ergonomics) while preserving the handling characteristics that made the original pattern endure.

For shooters who still prefer steel frames, hammer‑fired actions, and pistols with real mass behind them, the 7/24 feels less like a throwback and more like a considered evolution. MSRP starts at $900.
