H.R. 38 – Concealed Carry Reciprocity Is Back
Rep. Richard Hudson (R-N.C.) reloaded one of the most popular 2A bills in the country: the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act. Under this bill, if your state says you can carry, other states would have to honor that. Like a driver’s license. Simple. Smart. Long overdue.
Hudson summed it up: “Our Second Amendment right does not disappear when we cross invisible state lines.” Amen.

H.R. 2243 – The LEOSA Reform Act
This one’s for the cops. Retired and qualified officers often find themselves hamstrung by conflicting local laws — even though they’re the ones we trust with a badge.
This bipartisan bill would finally fix that, allowing qualified officers to carry nationwide, even in national parks and school zones.

Right now, when federal agencies upgrade service weapons, perfectly good guns get destroyed. Rep. Russell Fry (R-S.C.) says: why not let the officers buy them instead?

Rep. Thomas Massie wants to shine a light on who’s getting denied by the FBI’s background check system — and why. Demographic reporting on denials is long overdue. Passed by voice vote.
H.R. 2184 – Fixing Background Check Mistakes
How many Americans have been wrongly denied the right to buy a firearm because of an error? Too many. Rep. Tom Emmer’s bill gives law-abiding gun owners a legal path to challenge bad denials — and it passed with bipartisan support.

Is there going to anything done about tax stamps when purchasing a silencer for personal use?
Why not cut the head off of the snake by disbanding the ATF? The field officers who still want to work can transfer over to the Border Patrol. Oh… Repeal the NFA while you’re at it.

Repealing the unconstitutional National Firearms Act of 1934 would be another good start.
When are they going to introduce a law that prevents Democratic fiefdoms like Kalifornia from denying and infringing every single day on second
class Americans citizens who live in those states, from exercising their Constitutional right to own and bear firearms of their choosing that Americans in free states do without government interference?
for reciprocity to work they need to stop entrapment by getting rid of gun free zones (which goes against the 2 anyway) or at the very least make your vehicle a safe place that police can’t tell you to get out of the vehicle.
How come dems are quickly to enact unti-gun legislations and republicans so slow to enact pro gun? Promises, promises, and more empty promises…!
