Some packs are made to carry gear. Others are built to carry mission-critical rifle systems without slowing you down. That’s where the new Spectre from Eberlestock lands.

Shown around SHOT Show 2026, the Spectre is Eberlestock’s most ambitious sniper pack yet. And it’s clearly aimed at modern precision setups loaded with accessories.

At the heart of the design is the new patent-pending RAID™ Scabbard. Unlike traditional open scabbards, this one is fully padded and enclosed, with dual YKK side zippers for fast access. It’s optimized for folding chassis rifles and built to accommodate clip-on night vision, thermal units, and weapon-mounted laser rangefinders without forcing users to strip gear off their gun.

The pack itself runs wider than previous designs, intentionally sized for today’s larger weapon platforms. That extra real estate makes stowing and retrieving a rifle quicker and less awkward, especially when time or space is tight.

Comfort didn’t take a back seat. The Spectre uses an internal Intex II frame, Eberlestock’s new Ladder Shoulder Harness, and an upgraded hip belt. Once fitted, the pack plays nicely with duty belts and plate carriers, keeping critical gear accessible instead of buried.

Field feedback also shaped how the pack handles movement. The Spectre includes multiple carry handles (top, side, and a reinforced Hypalon handle up front) making it easier to drag, reposition, or maneuver the pack in less-than-ideal positions. Think ladders, low crawls, or dense brush, not clean range benches.

With 3,100 cubic inches of capacity and durable 500D/400D ripstop construction, the Spectre isn’t chasing trends. It’s built around how precision rifles are actually carried today.
