“George Gascón refuses to prosecute juveniles in possession of firearms,” said Deputy District Attorney Jonathan Hatami. Other prosecutors are saying the George Soros-backed district attorney has a policy of not bringing firearm-related charges to juveniles.

“These guns are purely plastic; they have literally no metal and they literally cannot be detected,” Rosenblum told the Capital Chronicle in an interview.

Fortunately, no one was harmed during the incident and law enforcement has given assurance that the rifle would never have fired from the fall.

To recap, the report states that overall 55% of the population believes that gun laws should be more restrictive than they currently are. Within that statistic, 79% are Democrats while 29% are Republicans.

“That means they need to run background checks and sell guns with serial numbers,” he continued.  “That is what the ghost gun rule is about.”

“Weapons do not belong in the workplace,” Amber McCann, a spokeswoman for Tate, told The Detroit News.
