The board aims to declare gun violence a “public health crisis in Los Angeles County,” in response to the tragedy. 

A federal judge in Oklahoma has ruled that prohibiting cannabis users from possessing firearms is unconstitutional.

George Alan Kelly, a 73-year-old rancher, has been charged with first-degree murder after fatally shooting Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, an illegal alien, on his Arizona ranch in Kino Springs just outside of Nogales, Mexico.
