I want to take a hard look at both sides of this debate and present each side as honestly as possible. Then I’ll conclude with what, in my opinion, is the best way forward.

Justice Ginsburg said that Heller was “a very bad decision,” adding that the court may reconsider it’s ruling whenever there is a challenge to a gun control law.

“Imagine if you’re a police officer and you’re trying to sort out who is shooting at you and there are a bunch of people who have got guns on them,” said Obama.
