Dick’s Sporting Goods is removing guns and hunting-related products from 440 stores, the retailer announced this week.

Virginia’s legislative session came to a close on Saturday, but not before gun-control advocates approved at least three anti-gun bills just hours before the deadline.

New Jersey law enforcement officials in February arrested and prosecuted a security guard for illegal firearm transportation and possession of hollow-point ammunition even though the guard holds a concealed carry permit and had loaded his firearm with legal ammunition.

Connecticut Gun Owners came out recently to protest a new bill that would tax ammunition at 35 percent.

“Before deciding whether to weigh in, we would benefit from hearing their considered judgments — provided, of course, that they are not afflicted with the same problems. But waiting should not be mistaken for lack of concern,” Gorsuch concluded.

“[The customer] shot him four or five times,” said Khawaja. “It happened like in 45 seconds. Like 30 to 45 seconds.”

NRA EVP and CEO Wayne LaPierre gave an address at CPAC 2020 over the weekend.

“They cannot not enforce,” she said. “And if they really intend to do that, they should resign as a law enforcement officer and leader in that community.”
