The most shameful way to make money is by taking advantage of someone who doesn’t know any better. In the prepper and survival world, that equals almost everyone in the market. Because no matter much you would normally research a purchase before making it, almost all of us rush out and buy “survival food” before just about anything else. I did that myself, and even sent some to friends and relatives. But after a little research, I figured out that survival food is a scam.

Contact Gov. Brown’s office today and voice your frustration with his hastiness to sign these bills less than 24 hours after receiving the bills, not allowing the public sufficient time to provide their input.

Of the new crop of semiautomatic 9mm carbines on the market today, this one has got to be my current favorite. The gun is intuitive to shoot, aesthetically pleasing, light, and fast. The current MSRP is $1,049.00, and the CZ Scorpion compares well to other guns on the market in this price range.

It is critical that you contact Gov. Brown IMMEDIATELY and respectfully urge him to VETO all of these anti-gun bills.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has awarded Glock an $85 million contract for new handguns and parts. The purchase is part of their move to adopt 9mm.

“Today the majority expands §922(g)(9)’s sweep into patently unconstitutional territory. Under the majority’s reading, a single conviction under a state assault statute for recklessly causing an injury to a family member—such as by texting while driving—can now trigger a lifetime ban on gun ownership,” wrote Thomas in his dissenting opinion.

The Marine Corps is rolling out plans to integrate anti-drone directed energy weapon systems — lasers — on combat vehicles.

One of the standout features of the Beretta PX4 Storm is the rotary action short recoil system. Like most other 9mm and up centerfire pistols, it uses a short recoil system that temporarily locks the slide and barrel together for a hot second during recoil, allowing the pressure to drop to manageable levels. After a fraction of an inch of rearward travel together, the slide and barrel separate, allowing extraction of the cartridge, recocking, and chambering of a new one. The PX4 just goes about that locking and unlocking process in a very different way with the rotary system.

“Our stance is a gut one. We’re outraged and we think something has to change. We’re in agreement with the consensus of most of the gun control lobby that there’s no place for civilians to have assault weapons,” GAG spokesman Tim Murphy told NBC OUT.
