This year, a trio of anti-gun bills are advancing through the California legislature, two of which set up gun makers for expensive and potentially devastating legal battles.

The Meskwaki Nation Police Department in Iowa confiscated this week a homemade firearm they dubbed the “Smith and Meth-Son.”

Crazy footage was released this week depicting an Atlanta security guard being brutally murdered outside a restaurant on the city’s southwest side.  

“It is alarming that no evidence has been adduced to justify the arbitrary selection of the firearms on the list. Prohibiting specific types of firearms is an approach that has proven ineffective in improving public safety,” she said.
