After shooting these nine suppressor configurations, I faced the tough decision to decide the optimum balance of lowest weight, shortest length and best suppression capabilities. Part of me is tempted to go all out and choose the largest configuration tested, the Raptor 10 with 5″ Reflex.

It’s a jack of all trades stock that could do very well built up as a long-range hunting rifle or precision rifle for long-range competitions. I think Grayboe hit a home run with this stock and if you’re in the market for a composite stock, the Phoenix deserves a hard look.

I own several AK’s and the new Zastava M70 ZPAP is my favorite but I wanted to modernize the hand-guard to accommodate an angled vertical grip and provide some more rail space.
