The RONI kit is an ingenious polymer and metal “sleeve” that wraps around many popular pistol models to create a compact and multiple rail-ready carbine. The standard RONI is intended for law enforcement use as it converts a pistol into a short-barreled rifle. However, CAA has now developed the new STAB-RONI for civilian use without having to file National Firearms Act (NFA) paperwork.
