The Rhode Island government is poised to infringe on the 2A rights of its citizens, including a confiscatory ban on magazines and purchase restrictions for adults under 21.

What’s most impressive, apart from the citizen responder’s courage and precision under duress, is the fact that he appears to be carrying a full-size or duty gun in elastic gym shorts!

Over the weekend, a bipartisan group of U.S. Senators agreed on a package of bills that, if passed, would be the first major federal action on gun control in nearly 26 years.
