Military members already sacrifice many of their freedoms to protect the United States. Sen. Murphy, who has never served a day in uniform, doesn’t think that’s enough.

The ruling concluded that Oregon’s Measure 114 complies with the Second Amendment. It aligns with the U.S. tradition of “regulating uniquely dangerous features of weapons and firearms to protect public safety.”
