Anti-2A Judge Sentences Man To 10 Years For 50 Rounds, Building His Own Guns

in 2nd Amendment – R2KBA, News Wire, This Week

Estimated reading time: 2 minutes

By Colion Noir

Dexter Taylor has now been sentenced to 10 years in one of the worst prisons in the country for making his own gun, and as the DA stated, his arsenal of “four AR-15 style assault weapons, five handguns, four rifles and over 50 rounds of ammunition in addition to gun powder, shell casings, triggers, a 3D printer, and various upper and lower receivers used to build firearms. The weapons were being stored in an UNLOCKED safe as well as a closet.”

People don’t realize how vicious these people are when it comes to their desire for control. (PLEASE SHARE THIS VIDEO)

None of this is about safety; it’s about controlling the people. Notice I didn’t say criminals. They need criminality to justify their heavy-handed control.

They don’t care that they’re destroying a man’s life just to set an example. And, they practically admit it.

“Today’s sentence should send a message to anyone who, like this defendant, would try to evade critically important background checks and registration requirements to manufacture and stockpile these dangerous weapons.”

He was sentenced to 10 years in prison because of made-up state laws that are in clear violation of the United States Constitution.

NEW YORK leaders are so anti-2A that they don’t care what federal law or the Constitution says because they know it’ll take years and years before a case gets to the Supreme Court before it’s shot down.

Also keep this in Mind, two months ago I did a video about how Visa, Mastercard, and American Express will start tracking gun and ammo purchases — anyone want to guess what caused the police to even go to Dexter Taylor’s home in the first place?

If you said they tracked his purchases, you’d be right. (   • Visa, Mastercard, American Express Wi…  ) So I ask, what’s the point of having a Constitution if states can pick and choose which part of the Constitution they want to recognize?

And for those who don’t care because you don’t care about the 2nd Amendment, I hope you feel the same way when a state starts blatantly violating a Constitutional right you do care about. (PLEASE SHARE THIS VIDEO)

We have enough real issues without the author being misleading. This was not about him building his own or having 50 rds of ammo. That was just past of the inventory. This is about him violating the federal and possibly state laws requiring background checks and secure storage:
“try to evade critically important background checks and registration requirements to manufacture” and “The weapons were being stored in an UNLOCKED safe as well as a closet.” if that is a state law in mid location…
He should have known or did know and decided to act against the law, conditional or not, we are required to follow those laws until we can get them struck down.
So the two real issues that should be focused on her are:
    1) if the laws are conditional and how they are being challenged.
    2) A much deeper which it looks like was already discussed in another article.
This article is a needless attempt a creating conflict for a long. Come on GoA and the author, there are plenty of real issues that could be written about and done so without the provocative and misleading title.
BTW, I don’t agree with many of the restrictive legislation and I do believe the anti-gunners have well overstepped the constitution and do go about trying to crush gun ownership in America but, from what i read here, this is not about that. It is about a guy getting caught doing something that was illegal in his state, probably knowing full well that it was illegal and the privacy invasive alignment the credit companies have with the government… That should tell everyone not to use credit cards on line for those types if purchases and go to a money transfer app format for the time being.. Though those might be monitored too…

I don’t know until which point credit card co. can really be involved in such things, but for sure, short of being caught red-handed, denunciation is the main source of many judicial actions. STAY DISCREET IN MOST THINGS FIREARMS RELATED. Even if you have to defend yourself, the very best defense is to stay away from the legal system. It is up to each one to decide for himself what is the best way to stay away, it can vary a lot depending on circumstances.

We need the names, home addresses, and pictures of all the progressive-fascist Dem judges, lawyers and DAs who have been waging war against America since 2008. A great reckoning is fast approaching for all of Satan’s activists. This all started with far left FDR in 1933.

The Constitution is the SUPREME law of the land. It supersedes State, County, and Local law. Oh, it also supersedes Federal Law as well. When judges tell someone that the Second Amendment doesn’t apply in their courtroom. They are openly denying that person their constitutional rights in front of witnesses. I believe that constitutes treason. Any law that is unconstitutional is null and void.

    • Kane May 17, 2024, 9:37 pm

Yep everything you say is true, however the Constitution is a parchment gaurantee that by itself cannot compel tyrants to obey the law. The late USSC Justice Scalia covers this topic during the 2016 National Lawyers Convention where he highlights Federalism and points out the vital importance of the Seperation of Powers. I cannot do Justice to Scalia’s presentation but one of the points he made was that many oppressive states have impressive Constitutions that do not create or protect a free populace. The structure of the government is the key to establishing and protecting freedom and of course you have many past attempts and current threats in the US to errode all the built in safety valves.

I just inventoried and photographed all my firearms and would need one of those $8K buck double door gun safe to hold them all. All I can muster is a locked closet with a small safe to hole my most favorite items. Plus I have black powder, smokeless powder, casings, primers, reloading equipment, chemicals and tools to make my own caps for my BP firearms, plus bullets and shot. There is a completed 80% AR lower and a parts kit sitting in one of my project boxes. I would be a NY nightmare. My recent purchases I have started to use USPS money orders or cashier checks, no credit card. And still, Alec Baldwin has killed more people than I have.

  • Schaef May 17, 2024, 10:35 am

These people are the closest thing to communism as I’ve ever seen. Unless they already are.

  • Dennis McCarty May 17, 2024, 7:52 am

Get TF out of New York!

  • Reticent Rogue May 17, 2024, 7:46 am

From one of my favorite quotables — “There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.” Ayn Rand This so aptly describes the moment that the only thing left to add is this: if you make everyone a criminal, then you can pick and choose whom to arrest. For any reason you see fit.

  • Ardvark May 17, 2024, 7:11 am

New York has become a third world anti American country just like numerous other states! After the next fraudulent election they will be able to change the rest of the country into that same mind set!

  • Kane May 16, 2024, 3:38 pm

Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Abena Darkeh stated, “Do not bring the Second Amendment into this courtroom. It doesn’t exist here. So you can’t argue Second Amendment. This is New York”

And as we know from the statement above and the case against TRUMP, the 1A does not exist in NY either. S do NOT bring those US Constitution arguments to a NY courtroom because the Constitution is un-Constitutional in NY.

    • Hardtimez May 17, 2024, 8:11 am

Lol, what the hell has this to do with trump paying a hooker off to win an election?

      • Kane May 17, 2024, 8:57 pm

The 1A has to do with a bizarre gag order and do NOT forget Rahm Emanual having his bag man brother paying off a tabloid so his Chicago Mayoral Campaign would not be threatened by his extra marital affairs when he worked in the WH. Rahm is in Japan with no court case to worry about Trump cannot discuss his case like everyone else.. Get it now?

So… being a former New Yorker, (left in 78′), what the heck would someone do if, God forbid, a person winds up before Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Abena Darkeh, What action could you and your attorney take, if any at all, going before this obvious DEI installed SCJ? I mean, forgive my ignorance but she has already made her decision, what grounds do you both stand on if not for the Second Amendment?

    • AK May 17, 2024, 11:11 am

The only thing that will fix NYC is an airburst over Central Park, in the 5MT range, at 3500 feet.

  • paul I'll call you what I want/1st Amendment May 16, 2024, 12:43 pm

now if they would apply this to actual criminals they might have something there…….
