The Smith & Wesson Model 1854 is a modern lever-action rifle built around a forged 416 stainless steel receiver and a 19.25 in 410 stainless steel barrel. The base synthetic configuration ships with a black synthetic stock and textured grip panels, a flat trigger, a large-loop operating lever and a removable magazine tube for quick unloading. Factory features include a 4.75 in Picatinny optics base integrated into the receiver, M-LOK slots in the synthetic forend, an XS Sights adjustable ghost-ring rear sight and a gold bead front sight.
