The Ruger Harrier is a re-engineered AR-pattern autoloading rifle built for modern sporting use. Model 28600 is chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 16.10 in government-profile barrel, 1:8" twist, and a 1/2"-28 threaded muzzle fitted with an A2 flash hider.
The rifle features forged 7075 upper and lower receivers with a Type III hardcoat anodized/nitrided finish, a free-float handguard with a full-length Picatinny top rail and M-LOK accessory slots, Magpul MOE-K2 grip and Magpul DT collapsible carbine stock. It ships with a single 30-round Magpul PMAG and a nitrided bolt and bolt carrier group with a staked gas key.
