The Benelli M2 Tactical is an inertia-driven semi-automatic 12 gauge shotgun built for tactical and defensive use. The 18.5in CRIO® barrel is cryogenically treated and the gun ships with Crio® choke tubes (IC, M, F). The pistol-grip synthetic stock and anodized black receiver produce a compact, durable package.
This configuration is chambered for 2-3/4" and 3" shells with a 5+1 magazine capacity, overall length of 39.75in and an average weight of 6.7 lbs. The M2 Tactical is offered with open-rifle or ghost-ring sights and the receiver is drilled & tapped to accept a Weaver 93-A base for optics or red-dot mounting.
Standard features verified for this model include oversized controls (bolt handle, bolt release and safety), matte/blued barrel finish, and an anodized black receiver with black synthetic furniture. The shotgun is marketed and configured for duty/defensive roles and home/security use.
