The Savage A17 XP is a scoped package of the A17 semi-automatic rimfire platform chambered in .17 HMR. The XP ships with a factory-mounted and boresighted Bushnell A17 riflescope and a black synthetic AccuStock. The rifle uses Savage's patent-pending delayed-blowback action with a hard-chrome bolt and case-hardened receiver and features a 22-inch button-rifled carbon-steel barrel.
Standard features verified for the XP package include a 10-round detachable rotary magazine (10+1 capacity), the user-adjustable AccuTrigger, and the included Bushnell A17 scope mounted and boresighted. The XP is offered in a matte black finish with a synthetic stock and is configured as a right-hand model.
