The Browning SA-22 Grade VI is a takedown, autoloading .22 LR rifle designed from John M. Browning’s original SA-22. It uses a blow-back action with a tubular magazine in the buttstock (magazine designed to hold 11 .22 Long Rifle cartridges) and ejects spent cases downward for ambidextrous use.
The Grade VI finish pairs a deep blued barrel/receiver with a sharply checkered, gloss-finished walnut stock. The rifle is drilled and tapped for an optional scope base, and comes with an adjustable rear sight and a fixed front sight. The barrel is the takedown style (~19-3/8"), with an adjustable barrel fit knob to ensure a solid receiver/barrel interface.
