Real deal Colt M16 in superb condition. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) shows the date of manufacture as 6/25/1975 which went to a Police Dept until May 15, 2024. This machinegun clearly was not used in the day to day activities in a patrol car due to it's excellent condition.

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) shows model 613 on pallet list (see attached photo). Likely will qualify for a C&R firearm even though it is not on the official list.

20 inch barrel and overall length is 38.6 inches.

For a 51 - year old gun this one is surprisingly fantastic condition.

Currently on a form 3 and will transfer to your dealer tax free using eForms (usually 5 +/- days).

S/H/Insurance is $200 to the lower 48.

FOIA paperwork will be supplied to buyer.
