The firearm features Armornite® corrosion-resistant slide finish and a polymer frame. Shield Plus features verified on the model family include a slide cut for optics, flat-face trigger, enhanced textured polymer grip, tritium night sights (orange-ring tritium front / black tritium rear), and M&P’s take-down/sear deactivation systems for disassembly without pulling the trigger.
