The Taurus GX4 is a micro-compact, optics-ready 9mm designed for everyday carry and personal defense. It uses a stainless internal frame with a polymer grip module, a gas-nitrided slide finish and a 3.06 in. barrel. The factory spec sheet lists fixed and a serrated, drift-adjustable rear sight, a striker-fired SAO action and multiple built-in safeties (striker block, trigger safety and a visual loaded-chamber indicator). The standard GX4 configuration ships with two magazines (an 11-round and a 13-round).
