The Smith & Wesson M&P22 MAGNUM is a full-size, magazine-fed semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22 WMR with a 30+1 capacity. It uses an internal hammer-fired, gas-operated action and is built on a black polymer frame.
The pistol features Smith & Wesson's TEMPO™ barrel system, a 4.35 in stainless steel barrel with an Armornite® finished slide, a flat-face trigger and a manual thumb safety. An optics-ready (direct-mount) slide accepts most micro out of the box and the frame includes a Picatinny-style accessory rail. Sights are a green fiber optic front and a notched rear; the pistol ships with two 30-round magazines.
