General Information:

Before finalizing your order, please ensure the item complies with all applicable federal, state, city, and county laws in your area. Free State Firearms is not responsible for cancellations, returns, denied transfers, or failed transactions resulting from buyer non-compliance with local laws or restrictions. All completed purchases are considered binding. Failing to complete payment, requesting cancellation after purchase, or otherwise backing out of a completed transaction will result in a 25% restocking/non-completion fee. This fee is intended to help cover fees, taxes, payment processing costs, administrative time, lost selling opportunity, and other costs incurred once a listing has ended. A 25% restocking fee will also be charged for items returned or canceled due to state, city, or county non-compliance issues, denied transfers, buyer error, or failure to provide required FFL information in a timely manner.

Transfer of Firearms Ownership Requires an FFL Holder:

A Federal Firearms License (FFL) transfer dealer is required for the transfer of firearms ownership from Free State Firearms to an individual (the buyer). 

Insurance Coverage:

Free State Firearms is responsible for insuring the shipped item.

Firearm Policy:

We do not accept returns for firearms, including instances of manufacturer defects, buyer's remorse, or other purchase-related issues. Returns are only accepted when the firearm does not match the description in the listing or if there is damage to the firearm. In such cases, we will provide a replacement unit if available and cover the return and re-shipping costs. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued to the buyer, and we will cover the return shipping for the firearm. Please inspect your firearm at your FFL before taking possession. If any defects are detected, please notify us promptly so that we can assist in resolving the issue efficiently. Once a firearm is transferred to the customer, returns are no longer accepted; at that point, we can only facilitate a warranty repair if applicable. Buyers are responsible for verifying that the firearm they intend to purchase is legal in their state and city/county. If a firearm is returned due to non-compliance, a 25% restocking fee will be applied and reflected in the refund to the original payment method. If you have any questions regarding state compliance, consult your local preferred FFL dealer to ensure the firearm's legality.
