Smith & Wesson K-frame revolver marked "Smith & Wesson" on the barrel with classic S&W sideplate lockup. great shooter.
Appears to be a Model 36style .38 Special with a short (approximately 2-inch) barrel and fixed sights. Finish shows noticeable holster wear, scratches, and patina consistent with a used service revolver. Fitted with aftermarket black rubber finger-groove grips for improved control. Excellent candidate for a vintage shooter, carry rotation (where legal), or S&W revolver collection.
