There’s a point between fully armed and disarmed that is subarmed. Being subarmed is dangerous. Officials would never stand for it themselves.

President Obama once again lamented the fact that, along with Congress, his administration has failed to place tougher restrictions on one’s Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.
