Where do you draw the line on the personal ownership of weapons? Is an AR-15 where it stops? How about a handgun? What about a flamethrower?

A Baltimore man was shot and killed Wednesday afternoon by a police officer after the man pretended to draw a weapon, local media reports.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo called for a shutdown of the federal government until “real gun control” passes Saturday, while eulogizing a state attorney who was fatally shot by a stray bullet in Brooklyn this month.
