Nightforce listened to its customers and just prior to SHOT Show a new mil-based reticle was unveiled, called the Mil-XT.

To really appreciate the LEAP/MAG you need to handle a rifle with one.  It keeps the balance of the weapon and doesn’t get in the way of operation. 

Like the other rangefinders, the binoculars can wirelessly pair with several of their scopes using SIG’s BDX – Ballistic Data Xchange – system.

This year sees Vortex bringing out some exciting new products that every long range hunter, sportsman, or long range shooter can appreciate.

Bushnell had a wide variety of their three scope line offerings (PRIME, NITRO, and FORGE) on display at SHOT 2019. Each of the three lines includes an assortment of riflescopes, binoculars range finder and/or spotting scopes.

The new product line that they have to offer includes two optics. The ZC420 and the ZC527 which you can get with one of two different great reticles. Currently, both optics are only offered in MRAD, but that will likely change in the future. Both of these optics have a huge magnification range and amazing glass while remaining sub 40 ounces, an incredible achievement.

The Aimpoint Acro P-1 is basically a miniaturized/squared version of the Aimpoint Micro.  It was developed specifically for pistols or other weapons platforms requiring a fully enclosed small footprint red dot optic.  And it does just that.

Crimson Trace has long been known for their lasers and lights and has a few new offerings of those here at SHOT 2019, but what is most surprising is that they now have a full optics line.  Crimson Trace didn’t just dip their toe in the waters they jumped in full cannonball style.

At first blush this scope will look very familiar to anyone who has seen or used the Leupold Mark 5HD in 5-25 magnification. In fact, it shares the same main tube with its lower magnification brother, so tube size is not a source of additional weight with this new 7-35 version. It weighs in at a svelte 33 ounces, which is not much for scopes in this class.
