ODIN Works

This year at SHOT Show, ODIN Works gave us a look at two new products. One is the ARCA Bag, and the other is an unnamed bipod that is still in the prototype stage.

When 6 ARC was announced by Hornady, I was among the many that were extremely excited and chomping at the bit to test it out for myself. My options for getting an AR15 in 6 ARC were to build one for myself with scavenged components, to buy a complete rifle, or to get a completed upper.

Odin Works famous for their barrels, handguards, gas blocks, and other accessories are now making a complete rifle called the OTR-15. It’s a completely billet upper and lower that features completely Ambi controls and is supposed to be the first “smart rifle” that can tell you political secrets. We’ll be surprised if the Biden’s, Clinton’s, and Pelosi’s don’t come after it hard under the guise of public safety.

This is an absolutely fantastic can and one that I highly recommend. I can tell you it is worth the money, and not just with words. I bought the review model for this week. The Nav 22 is staying with papa bear, where it belongs.

The 6mm ARC is a brand new cartridge that Hornady designed to fit into a standard AR-15. Check out the video of us shooting it!

Completely modular, the Nav 22 can be assembled as a tiny can with just three components or as a full-size suppressor with all eight parts.

One persons “ultimate” very well may not be another’s, but I think this build should spark more than a little interest. The greatest drawback to trying to do an ultimate build is that ultimate will probably cost more than many are willing to spend at one time on an AR, but that’s the beauty of an AR platform, all the upgrades can be done one at a time due to the modularity of AR parts.

As suppressors are gaining popularity despite the time disparity between buying one and actually owning one, more and more companies are popping up producing these valuable shooting accessories. ODIN Works is making their way into this market with the launch of 4 different suppressors in what I would describe as consisting of two different styles.
